This guy's are awesome.they are quick, affordable and very nice people. They have fixed my unit three times now and I love them.

I called with a furnace issue. He told me right over the phone what the problem was and how to fix it. Did it myself. Quick and easy! Saved me $. Thank you!

My furnace stopped working the first day of a true cold spell. The first company I called said they couldn't get to me until 5 days later, and it would cost $100 just to diagnose. When I called Precision Comfort, he solved my problem right away! Any HVAC issues I have from now on will be answered by Precision Comfort!

Had them come out on two different occasions. The first was a system check, there cost was very reasonalble and they did a great job.
The second time they came out as our system was not heating they fit us in there schedule and were on time and quick. I couldn't ask for better service.

Wonderful. Christmas eve our furnace stoped working. We called another place they said the were to busy witch I completely understand. My second call was precision comfort heating and cooling A wonderful person answered and helped us troubleshoot our furnace.turns out or intake was covered in snow. Unbelievably thankful for the help. In the future I will be calling them. Christmas was saved

Brent came to our house in a timely manner and repaired our furnace. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old, and he invited them to watch as he repaired our furnace. He took extra time to explain what he was doing, discuss safety, and even let our 4 year old daughter help him drill a screw back into the panel. I highly recommend this business! Thank you, Brent! You gave this tired mom a break from entertaining her kiddos for a short time!

Our AC line froze up late this summer. We initially had a large, well known company come take a look who said we needed a new coil. Brent came out the next day with an incredibly reasonable quote, but upon further inspection determined the part was perfectly fine. He made a minor repair and had us up and running in no time. Incredibly responsive, professional and honest. Thank you, Brent!

If I could give more stars I would! Brent came out on a Sunday because of course literally the hottest dang day of the year our AC went out and everything we tried didn’t work. Brent came to the house and had it fixed In Less than 10 minutes. His troubleshooting skills are unreal and how quickly he was able to resolve the issue and get us back up and running was amazing.

Brent has been amazing! I own three rental properties in the area and Brent has serviced all of them - from new furnace and A/C installation to servicing older systems. My experience with Brent is that he's responsive, honest, and offers his services at a fair price.

I’m not sure how this business works they could be fantastic I have zero clue, but whoever drives a van with license HWS 416 you should NEVER EVER drive a company van EVER again. I watched you almost hit 4 different cars in a matter of ten seconds bobbing and weaving through lanes. Extremely unprofessional. Hopefully I’m not the only one who complains of this individual…

I called for a thermostat question and instead of wanting to come to my house and charging me to install it, instead told me where to buy a thermostat and helped me over the phone how to install it myself.thanks for the honesty and help

They came out after I got a $5K quote from a different company, and they repaired the unit for under $2K. Brent was professional and kind. He didn't take advantage of the fact that I had no idea what was wrong or what needed fixed. Last night (Saturday night of holiday weekend) my furnace went out and I hired him again. He came out, fixed it, and even trudged through 8" of snow to check all of my outside vents. If you're wanting an honest quote, and quality work, look no further. I'll never waste my time with anyone else again.

I called complaining of a broken air conditioner at 5: 30pm, He walked me through the likely problems on the phone, having gone through all of those before 7: 00 the repairman was at my house and the air conditioner was cranking cold air by 7: 15 He was very polite and professional.

We had such a great experience with the Precision Comfort team! We initially contacted them at the end of the summer due to our AC unit not cooling our house appropriately and they came out right away. Brent was very thorough in his explanation of what our options were and I appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell us on anything that we didn't need based on our house size, cost savings, energy use, etc. We delayed replacing our AC unit until the spring when it started to warm up again and the turn around time for getting another look at our unit and an appointment scheduled for the replacement was incredibly fast. They were so professional, kind, and friendly and were right on time at 7am (and were wearing masks which we appreciated!). They left our house just as it was when they arrived and they worked very quickly, it only took about 2 1/2 hours total for a complete replacement of the AC unit! They also had very reasonable prices (better than the other quotes we looked into) and we really respected that the owner (Brent) was involved at every level between calling and scheduling, providing the quote, and doing the install. We will absolutely call them in the future for any additional needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or replacement/install of their HVAC system! Thank you Brent!

Precision came and fixed my heater New Years Day and did not charge me extra. Well above and beyond what I would expect. The company I bought the heater from would not even call me back. Precision will have all my business going forward.
