Checked in at 10: 30pm, called to dock at 12: 30am and was loaded and rolling by 1am. Very friendly staff

Been here to load 4 times. 5 hours. 6 hours. 6 hours. Going on 3 hours today and still not on a dock. Very disappointed with this facility. Will beg dispatch to not send me here anymore

Not impressed got here at 2: 30 pm was told product would be ready by 4 PM it’s now 6 PM I check on it they asked me how long I can sit here tonight they’re still making product there’s five loads going to the same location I’m going to they said they are trying to load the drop trailer next to me why would you load the drop trailer and not the live load truck sitting here these guys make no sense whatsoever they’re very slow.
