9What kind of clinic doesn’t take phone calls? I’ve been trying to get my meds refilled for the past 3 days. I guess I’ll take time off work and go ask the receptionist myself
Can never get through on the phone. Put on hold, then disconnected after 10 minutes. No option to schedule online.
This place sucks. Never answer their phone or anything. Their employees all they do is sit around and gossip. Rude to customers
Very good customer service did a Walk in a they attended me right away, they are a bit busy though so if you go a rush hour times they might not be able to get you in but great place got attended fast
Nah if I were you I would change clinic bro tell me why the nurse gaved me the wrong sugar to drink for the pregnancy while I am 13 weeks after that the doctor told me we sorry you not supposed to drink that today since that day my stomach it’s been hurting me crazy
I never can get them to answer so I did a walk in girl at desk eating popcorn and on her phone she's says how can I help you, rude as can be. Now it's Friday before holiday and my doctor said she would do my refills when I was in 3 days ago, still no refills at 4 pm no one will answer. I'm over it. I have heart condition cannot skip meds.
If you value your health, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! I have NEVER know of a health care facility that did NOT have a voicemail option. I sat on hold for 10 min, got a recording that everyone was busy and try again later, and IT HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and the same thing happened. I've been trying for TWO WEEKS to get my blood pressure medicine refilled. The pharmacist is still waiting to hear back from this incompetent facility. I can't stress enough how back this place is! Use at your own peril.
Extremely unprofessional, blaming me for them having to over book MY primary doctor.the receptionist constantly are avoiding patients and calls you will be on hold for 20 mins or longer 9 times out of 10 your doctor will be unavailable to speak with you or see you over worked booked over paid and not enough leaders
Don't get me wrong, I love my doctor and the nurses.
The front desk is my problem
There answering service is a it doesn't matter what time it is or how busy they are. 60% of the time I wait for 20 min to be told they are busy and then it hangs up. Calling five times in one day just to leave a message is unacceptable
I have also at least twice left a message for my doctor and they never gave it to her.
