Worst clinic I’d ever attend to. They said they was going to send my medication to the pharmacy… never got it BEEN WAITING FOR 2 weeks now. Nothing. Everytime I call I’m ether on hold for 10min or they never answer. I been to the pharmacy about 10 times just to see if my medications are there. Nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

Dr. Chandra Batra, MD, MPH, IFMCP, and his Residents are highly educated, compassionately attentive, and offer a well-rounded approach to chronic illnesses, disabilities, and medication management. Also, Julie in Phlebotomy, is very gentle with poking/blood draws, if you can request her, I recommend, you won't be the "victim" of multiple pokes! The support staff at this clinic are efficient and precise with your information. Five full stars for this group!

ARE YOU SITTIN' ME?
I've been coming to this clinic for quite some time and have been pleased with the care I've received.to some degree but started t notice a decline over the past year and a half.
Anyways, stopped in today with chest discomfort, sweating, and irregular heartbeat wanting to get my blood pressure checked but was turned away by the receptionist because the doctors were in a meeting. "So, I can't see a nurse to get these things checked"?
Nope.gotta drive across town to another clinic. PLEASE. MAKE INSURANCE AFFORDABLE AGAIN!

So today I took my wife to phc to find out why she was in so much pain. We spent half hour just in the waiting room to see the dr then another half hour for the dr to come in to talk to her. Wanted her to do an xray to find out what is wrong than saying that they would only prescribe naproxen. Naproxen is to get swelling down and not for severe pain. They said that they can't prescribe anything stronger. So why am I bringing my wife who is in serious pain to you. Unbelievable I will never come back to this clinic

If you want to waste your precious time, schedule an appointment and show up. Apprentices and trainees take care of you, my mother showed up for a pregnancy exam and check up at 12w pregnant, Requesting a note to work stating that she needs restrictions beacause her primary doctors told her that she will have a risky preganacy of two babies.some doctor gave her a letter telling her employer to RESTRICT HEAVY LIFTING AND FREQUENT BREAKS FOR 2 WEEKS only! At 12 weeks pregnant. Go somewhere else.
