Service side, o.k. Bought a Jeep from them, they can't do anything as far as diagnostics, in Clear Lake, would have to drive to Garner, so that's a let down.

My husband and I purchased a Ford Edge from this location. And let me tell you, the experience was outstanding. Kristi and Angie were amazing to work with, they were down to earth, relatable and all around helpful in every way possible. We had never owned such a high tech vehicle and Kristi sat down with me and ran through every feature the car had and I appreciated that more than she could ever imagine. I am excited to keep coming back to Pritchard's to purchase our future vehicles!

Flew out from Indiana to buy a new Chevy Bolt. Derek was our salesman, and he did a great job with everything. Angie and Austin also did a great job in the finance dept, getting all the necessary docs together. They all made the process pretty simple, thanks a bunch!

Bought a 2017 RHD Jeep Wrangler from this dealership, and the only part of it that wasn’t a complete joke was the sales woman Kristi. She was pleasant and worked hard to make it a positive experience. Now 2 days after purchase the left rear wheel falls off. I see on another review this dealer sold a Jeep a few months back that had a wheel fall off too. I traveled 9+ hrs to get this vehicle and if it would have happened going down the interstate it could have been catastrophic. I was made aware of some issues when purchasing but they left out that they don’t check the lug nuts on a vehicle. Very disappointing having to repair an issue that wasn’t disclosed at time of purchase. I feel that maybe normal in private party purchases, but a dealer that’s been in business over 100 years should be better. So I had to replace the studs, lugs, and trying to find a set of rims since the set of rims on it has been discontinued and we can not purchase a replacement. So now it will be even more money to get all the rims to match. More money having to be spent days after spending 25k on a vehicle. Also the vehicle did not have a jack making getting the vehicle home require a tow.

Pritchard's is a multi-generation business and you can tell right away that this place is special. Kristi was my salesperson. She was friendly, engaging, funny and had a warm smile! She didn't push or pressure me in any way. It really felt like I was just talking to an old friend. The process was quick and easy, Kristi had everything ready for me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was the dealership. I also happened to have my appointment during a busy car show event and Kristi didn't let that slow the process down, and as a bonus: a free lunch! Derek and I worked together to keep track of my car during the transit period and once it arrived the remaining paper work was fast and easy.
