Great coach at profile! Educated me on substitutes for items on my diet. She has helped me navigate going out for dinner and has good ideas how to incorporate exercise into my program of success!

I love this program. The food is good, there are many recipes suggestions to try. The coaching staff are supportive and willing to chat anytime, with have many pointers on staying positive. This program works, it's awesome to know you aren't alone!

Coach Jen is amazing! She is warm, understanding, supportive and knowledgeable. She displays genuine concern and caring and helps me develop a realistic and achievable plan. Jen personalizes the experience and regularly checks in with me! I highly recommend working with a health coach to make positive changes in your life!

This Nutrition plan is quite pricey. However, when weighing the choice to join, I viewed this as a investment into my health. I am grateful that I did not get steered away due to the cost. I can't even put into words what this plan has done for me! I have been trying to lose the same 50 pounds for half my life and here I am 40 pounds down with the help of Faith and the profile plan. The plan is pretty simple and easy to follow which is what I need and the support from Faith and her team is incredible! They truly care about their members and are excited for every victory along the way no matter how small AND always there to support you when you falter. I appreciate that it is not all about the scale, they also celebrate none scale victories like "I haven't fit into these pants for years": o) I chose this program as I am creeping up on 60 and I finally decided it is time to get healthy but so much more has come with it, a new found confidence and determination to never go back! If you struggle with weight and want to get healthy (no matter what age) I can't recommend this program enough AND Faith and her team are amazing.
