Nothing I can say that isn’t already said. Just read through these reviews and I relate in one manner or another. I haven’t rented from these people in 3 years and am still dealing with the repercussions through frivolous lawsuits and blatant lies. Heres an example: they think I should pay for repainting the entire home. A home that was hit by the Derecho.

I wish I could give myself one star in my decision making. The company is literally named PYRAMID and had awful reviews back then as well.

Potential customers: please read these reviews and the unprofessional, condescending responses from management. Please don’t make the same mistake as me. Even if you are a perfect tenant, you will lose.

We’ve lived in our house for about 6 months now & absolutely love it. We were in a time pinch trying to find a house and Lizette worked with us to get us into the house we’re in as it met all of our needs in the perfect location in a very timely manner. The application process was super easy threw them as well. They even hired someone to do some yard work before we moved in as the last renters didn’t keep up with it. We’ve had maintenance come in to fix some carpet and they were ridiculously kind & respectful and worked at a fast past after explaining what was going to be done and giving us a time frame on how long it would take to complete. We’ve had no complaints at all towards this company & are baffled by the reviews. It’s a company of if you’re taking care of their property and paying rent on time (which you should be doing anyways) I don’t see how you could have any problems with them. They work & communicate effectively with you on everything. Everyone we’ve met or communicated with has been very kind and respectful and any issues are handled in a timely manner. We hope to sign another lease with them next year.

This is a great rental company! When ever I have a maintenance need, they respond in a very timely manner.

We have only been in our rental house for about 3 weeks, but response times for questions and requests for service have been phenomenal. Professional, responsive and very friendly. Can't ask for much more!

Do not move with these people I’ve been without hot water since Wednesday in the hot water go out at least 2 to 3 times a year

This company stole my property from my garage - Which I own - it was a horrible callous mistake and no one has owned up to what they did. I’ve only received part of my property back from the dumpster where they threw my property away WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I now have items that are lost for good, never returned. I want to be paid for my losses and they refuse to pay me the value of my property.

Juan, Lizette and Caleb are CRIMINALS.

The maintenance man Javier is always so nice and efficient.he is my favorite.also honorable mentions to all the other maintenence ppl you are great as well. I been living here for a long time and the management get things done and really work with their tenants THANK YOU

They do not respond in a professional manner. They do not follow through on what they say they will do. I should have been clearer. Maintenance is TOP NOTCH! Can't say enough about how quick and nice they are. Unfortunately it is office staff.only answer from another state. Lady that worked to sign me up, dropped me off the edge of the world once monies exchanged and paperwork completed. No more contact, no more phone/text/email response

Denied my application because I had mentioned that my boyfriend would be moving in (mentioned during the home tour) and then he didn’t fill out an application. He didn’t fill one out because we changed our minds on living together so soon.

No disposition letter, only about 1/4 of the deposit returned without reason as to why, not to mention it being well over 90+ days of waiting. Cleaning fee — sure. But with no damages done to the property, I can’t understand why $350 or so covered the cleaning cost.
Communication is awful, with weeks between responses and no phone calls back.
The company that owned the property prior to this company buying it from them was much more attentive to tenants and was very helpful.
As soon as we got notice on our door that the property was bought out, I read these reviews and wish I had took them more seriously. Very disappointed to say the least.
Look up and understand your rights as a tenant.

Just report them to the IRS. They’re most likely not paying taxes on the applications they’re taking. Of course, that’s just my theory. Collect a bunch of application fee’s and post the property on hold for 2 months. They’ll tell you that it’s first come first serve, but when you ask if any applications are being ran already they won’t tell you. They’ll take your money and refuse to communicate with you about the property. It’s called “Pyramid”. Just report them so they get in legal trouble, they wanna steal from us, we can play dirty too.

I would give these guys 0 stars if i could. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of these slumlords.they’re absolutely so predatory of new adults trying to make their way in life.we rented from them for almost a year and a half and our rent went up from $695 starting to $1,090 dollars from june 2021 - november 2022.that’s absolutely insane! How are they able to get away with this? Adding onto this they required us to pay an additional month of rent AFTER we had moved out, said we would be partially reimbursed and then cut all ties with my husband and I. I’ve reached out to them 3 times within the last 1 1/2 months- this company owes us our 745 dollars for our deposit as well as our 945 partial payment for january.do yourself a favor and stay away! They’re absolutely horrible people to work with, they don’t care about you, they only want your money.

Lindsay reynolds has always helped me out, I gave you guys 4.2 stars, I don't know where you got that from, someone has hacked into my account, I was warned several times but I thought it was a spam/ scam call so I ignored it

I appreciate Mario and I’m so sorry I didn’t get the other gentlemen’s name. The house had issues (more we found out) from the previous owners.

I had contacted about issues with the flooring since it was in the lease and I just wanted to make sure they were aware of how the previous owner left it (not expecting a fix).

Mario came in and redid the flooring and found multiple leaks in the pipes as well as the furnace finding out it was leaking heat into the basement. Our gas and electric bill was $426 last month which is insane. With the patches Mario made it will be much lower next month thank God!

Both Mario and the gentleman who was with him were very considerate of my wife and I and more importantly our three month old as they did the repairs.

I also got a follow up text asking how the service was. I very much appreciated that. Thank you!
