Ask one of the employees where the ATM was and she said she didn't know. Need more cocktail waitresses. So I walked out because I wasn't going to hunt for a ATM any longer. Went to Joe's, did well there.

Very nice place. Will never go back to a Wisconsin casino again after going here. Not too crowded, no mask b.s. And the machines will let you play without getting drilled. Staff is very hospitable also.

Definitely low quality food. Nachos was literally like cheap stale chips with canned cheese and frozen heated chicken. No thanks

The worst casino I have ever been in. It took and took. Never visited a casino that we were in bed at 930pm. Will not be returning.

I would have given five stars, but most of the restaurants were closed. The casino is broken into different sections. It would be nice to separate smokers and non smokers. There's a free drink station with soda, coffee, and tea which was nice. Very clean. Machines aren't too bad hitting payouts. Attached to the Hilton Garden Inn. Nice place.

I was not impressed with my first t visit at your casino on November12th 2021 arriving at 930pm from out of state I have been to 40 casino's in my life so far and was not greeted upon entry, most of your staff that evening were like they were not interested in their jobs. Very cold atmosphere and your female guest service attendant was not happy to be there no smile I'll bet she put my pin in wrong as I was done in 5 mins. I received a players card and I couldn't use your free $5 (Wow how generous) i received more from Potawatom casino for $ 50 my first time there years ago and they do that still today, and more to people that come from out of state) as the pin was not entered correctly. My son got a card as well and his didn't work as well. If you expect people to spend hundreds of dollars. Which we did you need to do more to make your casino inviting I will go to your competition 15 mins away down the road.

11/27/21 update- If you go to the Q, look for Mikayla! She is one of the funnest dealers! The last year was crazy! I was so happy to be back in an environment where I could high 5 people and talk to new friends at a table. Stanley was our dealer! He was Awesome! I hope they pay him more money so he doesn’t go back to Chicago and keeps dealing at the Q! Zack- The pit boss lowered the table minimum from 25 to 10 so we could play and we greatly appreciated it because we were about to leave! The drink service was quick and the cocktail waitress was around frequently.

The Q Casino in Dubuque is a great place to go to play casino games or watch the dog races. Located next to camp 17 makes it a great place for tourists to camp and play and there is also a holiday Inn next to it that people can stay at. They have lots of bands and other special events that go on throughout the year.

While the greyhound races were real fun, an employee named "Mike" boosted the hospitality to a whole new level. Mike worked at the blackjack tables and dealt those cards like a true pro. He showcased superb customer service all night. Mike is a hefty guy, perhaps in his early 20s.
A message to his boss: GIVE MIKE A BONUS! He deserves it. 5 stars.

No hand payouts thru the whole casino and it took $1,000 dollars before I left and will not return! The payout is rigged, and I shall need to see them under review to see if they are actually give-n- the payout as should be posted behind the cashiers? Boo on the Q!

Unfortunately I don't smoke anymore, hence do not like the smell. Smoking is allowed there. But everything else was great!

I liked this place and it was so conveniently located connected to the Hilton Garden Inn. I really liked that there were some of the old school games available. There was a great selection of slots.

Went there to see a concert. We had very good food and played a little at the tables. I recommend this place for anyone who likes to gamble or who are concert goers. They've had some big names there and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'm INTO IT! I love the environment, and things are always better when you put $20 in a slot and win $70 though. I love this place! Lol.

Compared to Diamond Joe, this casino is actually wheel chair accessible. So much room. Tons of slots, VIP room, greyhound track, many table games with friendly dealers, magnificent pit bosses, along with the Hilton Hotel connected and a concert venue in the back lot. So much more. Go here before Diamond Joe

We hadn't been to Q in several years and decided to give it a try again. My main take away from this casino.awful coffee! Most other casinos have a decent drink station but not this one. They only have Pepsi products (I'm a Diet Coke drinker) and the coffee is some sort of funky instant coffee that tastes absolutely terrible. I guess they can't be bothered to brew a pot of coffee for guests. Since the coffee was so bad, I walked through the entire casino and hotel trying to find a Diet Coke and there was not a Coke product to be found anywhere on the property.
Unfortunately, this meant that I didn't get enough caffeine and was ready to go back to the hotel room much earlier than is the norm for me at other casinos. Good for me I guess since I actually came out of the casino with cash left in my wallet.

Many of the machines needed service. It was frequently difficult to get the machines to accept bills or tickets. We called for service more than once to get help with the machines but that got frustrating so we just gave up.

Also, what's with turning the sound off on some of the machines? It's absolutely no fun to play the machines that go ba-ding, ba-DING, BA-DING building up your heart rate that you might win.but not be able to hear the ba-dings. It completely kills the thrill on those machines. And yes, I am well aware that there is a volume button on the machine but the casino does something so even when I pushed the volume up button nothing would happen.

Not sure we'll visit again any time in the near future. I prefer to go where I'm more comfortable which means getting a decent beverage and being able to hear the machines.
