Quality Inn Burlington near Hwy 34

Front desk attendant was friendly, bed comfy, room quiet. But room was cold, windows left open and stunk. Towels looked old and stained.

To their benefit, they're trying. And the staff was always very friendly. But!
The rooms are being upgraded, but I didn't see any effort into the horrid yellow walls or beat up furniture. But outside of the black mold in the shower and towels so old I could literally see through them, the room felt clean.
The breakfast was the saddest I have seen in a looong time. Of course everything was microwaved, and when they restocked the food they only made certain that a few egg pattys came out, only a few potatoes only 2 yogurt cups.

Cold floors cuz no carpet, they didn't sweep or mop bathroom or any of the floors.breakfast was not the best, pop machines out of order.but front desk dude was awesome

The customer service was awesome, at least for me it was. They are doing some upgrades so i think the new furniture will look really nice there.

UPDATE DATE 12/15/2022 9: 20 AM. SINCE OWNER RESPONDED I INDEED ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT SO YOU ARE WRONG ME BEING THERE FOR 3 DAYS OR MORE. I ALSO DID LET FRONT DESK KNOW AND NOTHING WAS DONE.beds are very uncomfortable, light socket behind bed has no cover over it, trash underneath chair in the room, and bed wasn't even made just covers thrown over the bed. I have stayed at over 100 different choice hotels and this was probably one of the worst I have pictures but it won't let me post them. The floors have been recently updated not sure why the rest of the room wasn't person who checked us in was very friendly.

Our room was not ready when it was supposed to be. Then. It smelled funny. The staff was not friendly at all.

Stayed here for work not too long ago. The hotel needs a good wash and some upkeep. My room stunk and Had lots of issues. The bathroom was gross and I wouldn’t want to ever stay here again if I didn’t have to.

It was. A choice type of experience. Employee named will went above and beyond more than most would to assist me. Great time I would definitely recommend

Decent upper lower end hotel.rooms were clean, beds are okay, breakfast is okay.definitely an okay stay

Had a very nice stay. Robin was so helpful and made sure we were comfortable with our stay. This hotel is right off the freeway, was clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Hotel is in the process of renovations. But the service was good. The room was quiet, clean, and neat. Looks are very deceiving with this hotel. I'd return to this hotel.

Very nice cozy place with reasonable prices. Good was good. However not very happy with how they wake ppl up. If they are gonna bang on doors to wake ppl up then they need to make check out times at a later time. I'm pregnant so if I sleep in I can't help it.

Great alternative to the Hampton Inn at the casino. Wanted a cheaper place to stay while attending a wedding there. Robin at the desk was very nice. Basic breakfast, clean room, easy stay.

Room had missing outlet covers, broken lamp shades, and stairs from a past bed bug issue. Will not stay here again.

Room was comfortable. All the staff from checking in to those cleaning the rooms, were pleasant and good at their jobs. Need a place to stay in Burlington Iowa give the Quality Inn a try.

Exceptional staff and ownership has much pride w the recent renovations —plus knowing much more is to come! I will return as it seems there are improvements w each visit.

We arrived fairly late around 9: 30 pm. Front desk was very quick to get us all checked into a room which was very reasonablly priced for a king bed room. Room was very clean and the only complaint I have about the whole experience is the room was rather warm, around 80-85 degrees and took an hour or so to cool down but outside of that it was a great facility and would return again and recommend to my family and friends. I will go e it 4.5 stars. Thanks

If I could give it zero stars I would. The manager is a crook! She started banging on our door at 8am saying she could smell smoke coming from our room in the hallway. My boyfriend is a truck driver and we stay in hotels from time to time and have never had this happen. She then went and immediately charged me $200 even though there was no smell or proof we smoked. She was rude, talked over me and ignored me. DO NOT STAY HERE! She lives in one of the rooms and goes around trying to find anything she can get away with to get more money! She does not belong in the hospitality industry!

To bad I can't go in the negatives and give them a -2 stars. My stay started out with a threat of having the police called on me for trasspassing because I was looking at some rocks while waiting for a friend who was at the V. A.doctor across the way. She was rude, and obviously was taking out her problems from the night before on me. I will never stay there again and I hope that she gets some act right.

Staff was great room was clean and the bed was super comfy I will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.
