Quinton's Bar & Deli reviews
18First time here, and it was fabulous! The waiter checked on us every so often was quick with drinks. This place is a must try forsure! I will be back again:)
Only gave it two stars as the good is pretty decent when you get served. Had the same bartender twice now and unless your his buddy/friend don’t plan to get served at least not until they are all taken care of. Watched two separate people get up and leave because he didn’t even acknowledge them. Been to the Quintons in Des Moines and Iowa City both are great. Not sure what they are doing with this location. Hippie central.
Great experience tonight at Quinton's! Patio wasn't busy. Service was great Food! Server was very friendly. Food was excellent! My husband enjoyed his nachos and I absolutely loved the Hawkeye sandwich and salad combo with cottage cheese.
Stopped in for sunday lunch with the family.wife got avocado burger, son git chicken strips, and I tried the tenderloin. Everything was fresh and tasted great I especially liked the tenderloin sandwich so many places are under seasoned this was not besides the great food the service was phenomenal! Cherokee was beyond friendly and informative and sets the bar for any server! Will definately be back.
Service was great. Food was by far the worst We’ve had at any Cedar Rapids restaurant anytime recently. Will not be going here again
Nice decor. Responsive staff. Food is good, some nice spins on the usual options. Burgers and sandwich options for filling up while catching up. Decent beer selection on tap.
They have just the right amount of common and unique menu items to make it a great place to go to switch things up! It all tasted good so far too! Try something new!
Food & all sorts of craft beers at your drinking disposal. Plus the outside is very peaceful and nice with Amphitheatre across the street. Cant beat this place to chill at!
Wasn't really busy when we showed up around 2: 30pm on a Saturday, bartender told us to seat ourselves wherever. He was really attentive even after seating ourselves at a booth pretty far from the bar.
Pretzel coated cheeseballs were good, their ranch is thick and creamy. We both ordered the baked potatoes and got the full order, which is two full potatoes. Two people could easily split the full order and come away full with possible leftovers.
Wall decor is eye catching and there are multiple large TV's throughout the restaurant. They were willing to change it to accommodate sporting event requests. Would be a great place to catch the game and hang out with a group of friends.
Definitely wanting to go back to try more of their menu!
Restaurant was neat and clean. Wait staff was polite and helpful. Food was excellent, most notably the beer cheese soup.
I had the Mcquinton and my wife had the BLT; Awesome. We also had the cheese curds and chili con queso. Also awesome.
I hope they open a location up my way in Sioux Falls.
I like Quentin's. This is a great place to grab a bite before you head over to McGrath's for a concert, or just in general. The food is upscale deli, which is kind of odd but once you see it you get the idea. They have lots of beers on top, and have ever during the week. I ended up there on trivia night one night. I wasn't playing, but it seemed like it would have been fun.
Enjoyed eating out on the patio on such a lovely day. Lunch was great, food was good, and Jared provided us with exceptional service. We will certainly be back!
Cool place to chill. They have lots and lots and lots and lots of options on the tap that i myself started to feel like a tap after sometime!
In my many visits here, it’s the large craft beer menu and amazing happy hour deals that make going here worth it! The service is generally about average, and I find nothing special about the food. However, you can’t beat half priced drinks all day on Thursdays!
Such a great atmosphere with great staff. A great place any night of the week, Jared and Michael go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Loved it, will be going back soon!
I really enjoyed the food. The wait staff was very timely, even anticipatory of what we needed. At one point the cook came out and checked on us and our meal. A definite go to for a nice date night.
The jalapeño poppers are awesome! The sandwiches and burgers are good. You get a lot of fries. They have a good selection of beers on tap. The staff is great.
Good food, but I feel they think too much of themselves. Don't charge extra to add fries to an overpriced sandwich, just include them.
