They got a picnic place, place to walk, playground for the children, and so much to see

Perfect place to take 3 dogs all the freedom yet safety to run around. Bring a jug of water if your pup likes to drink a lot of water. Followed by beach are for dogs to swim our dogs were exhausted for the day and loved it!

Great park to take a stroll in or take a swim at the beach. The Nature Lodge is open during normal business hours if you have questions or need a place to cool off. Wheelchair accessible facilities. There are also kayak and paddle boat rentals. Great place for kids. They have a nice playground (currently under construction) that looks like it will be all-inclusive once it is complete.

They have made a really nice place of leisure. The trail around the lake is great plenty of room and well maintained.

Great area for families, grills available, able to reserve, restrooms were clean. Its also very dog friendly.

Came here with my family for a picnic. After eating we went down to the water to put our feet in and the entire edge of the water is filled with dog poop, so disgusting, unsanitary and such a shame on stupid dog owners. Can’t even come here to enjoy it with my kids and baby.

Lots to do here.swimming, kayaking, hiking (around the lake, but also on the wooded trails east of the lake). New playground being built as of summer 2023. Dog park requires a fee or membership.

Great park with so much to offer. There is a trail that goes all the way around the lake, a swimming beach, dog park, archery, baseball fields, a park, and rentals.

Clean park. Good size beach area as well as green spaces for grilling and tent. Perfect for family cook outs

Great place to spend the day. Great for kids. Great for pets. My little puppy swam for the first time at raccoon just last week!)

There's like a million and one things to do. My wife and I like to go there a lot just to hang out and walk around and it's a very beautiful.

I had never heard of this park or been here. I lost a best friend and his family hosted his celebration of life in one of the inside pavilions.

Very nice and clean and in a good area.

It's a great place to go and have fun with kids, grandkids or just friends. They are making a new play area that looks like it's going to be great when finished. Recommend it to everyone.

There are many scenic picnic areas along the water, a public beach, a dog park, playground for the kids, fishing, kayak and paddle board rentals with a beautiful trail for walking/running/biking.

Someone broke my window and took my wallet while I was walking my dog, 2pm broad daylight.police informed me it has happened multiple times as there is no cameras. I don’t feel safe coming here anymore.

I like this place but of course there's some belegerantly drunk folks who think it's ok to cuss out kids but I guess you'll have that anywhere if one lacks home training from parents, otherwise awesome place to get a rental for paddle boats, kayaks and more and u can grill out and the kiddos have plenty of room to run or they can swim and they're building a new playground!

Close to the house. Plenty to do for all the family. Love being on the water so it's great for when I only have a short time to get the kayak out or go for a fast swim

Nice beach and shelters. Playground is current under construction. It looks like it'd be really nice when complete.
