Red Lobster, Council Bluffs IA

The prices went up. I guess it's from covid-19. I guess less people are going out to eat. The restaurant was empty.

Our server was fantastic. You're limited menu course necessary the food could have been upgraded slightly considering

5/2020. Its pandemic time, resturants were reopening. Wall at our booth had dried food on it. Didnt seem that clean.

Sadly this Red Lobster needs some cleaning and my salad was nothing but soggy lettuce and a weird tasting ranch dressing and The baked potato was not very hot but at least the crab legs were tasty. The waitress was not very friendly so based on this experience will not return to this Red Lobster but the one I usually dine at in Arizona is always delicious!

Long wait to get a seat, staff cut in half, served wrong meal, waited a total of about 45 minutes for our meal, would have thought they might have adjusted the price but nope. No more at this location.

Like it. Actually one of the better chain restaurants in Council Bluffs. Fried clams were perfect! Service was great!

We ate at the Lake Manawa location yesterday. I ordered a Cosmo and the only thing you could taste was the cranberry juice. The waitress said they go by a recipe but that wasn't a Cosmo. The waitress brought an extra shot of absolute and that was still really week. We also ordered the stuffed mushrooms and that was a joke and so overpriced for what we received. 6 small mushroom caps in cheese for 9.99! We have never had stuffed mushrooms that small before! I told the waitress about and she just said ok and walked away. Very disappointed!

The food was not worth the price. It was almost empty inside and the employees were sitting down eating so it took a while to get service or get refills/additional items.

Excellent service, food was great.they made my twins 13th bday special by singing to them and providing icecream with a candle! Great job!

Ordered calamari to start. Very small portions and for some reason had peppers with it. So over priced. Almost $11 for hardly any calamari. If you get a mixed drink like a Cosmo or an old fashion they are not going to know how to make it. They had to remake the Cosmo as all you could taste was the juice. The old fashion cost over $9 for a small glass that was full of ice. They added 2.25 because it had Jameson in it which was ridiculous so they took that off after the complaint.

I so enjoyed my dinner very much at Red Lobster. I had the "Ultimate Feast" with ahrimp, lobster and crab legs, a baked potato, wild rice pila, Caesar salad. Plus the cheddar baked biscuits. I had an Awesome Mother's Day dinner and an incredible waitress named Valarie.

Great food. Had Walt's favorite fried shrimp. Breading was not greasy. Shrimp was tender and burst into my mouth.

Ordered the ultimate feast to go and was royally screwed over. 1/4 of my order was missing. After leaving a 4 dollar tip on a to go order I feel taken advantage of. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING AND MAKE SURE TO GRAB YOUR RECEIPT! Careless people work at this restaurant! BEWARE!

Very busy this evening. Staff were having a difficult time staying organized. Looked like a lot of errors in orders and delays. Our food was very tasty!

I ordered a lobster tail and biscuits to go. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and opened up my lobster tail. I seriously can't believe that I paid that much money for LITERALLY maybe 3 bites! The only good part of my order was the biscuits. I definitely will not be coming back. What a waste of money!

While I realize this is a busy holiday I was very disappointed in our experience today. There was plenty of staff but service was slow, the waitress got my order wrong, took 10 min to correct it plus when my husbands order came he did not get his complete order and we were almost finished with our meal before the scampi arrived. Terrible experience! Will be a long time before we return and believe me we will make sure we get a different waitress.

Food came out relatively fast and the server was very attentive even though it was absolutely packed.

The staff was amazing! It was a quiet and relaxing environment. I ordered two pounds of the snow crab legs and they were to die for. I also really appreciated how quickly everything was brought out. Will definitely be going back again.

Before I was finished gave me check.didnt ask if I wanted dessert.which I did until that moment

This place is awesome! Every time I go there the service is great and food is always too notch quality!
