We stopped into today after getting a recommendation from a friend. We drove about two hours to the store. We were greeted shortly upon arrival by Gayle. She made our experience great! Very attentive to our needs & what we were looking for. We had gone to a different store & weren’t really given the time of day. Thank you Gayle for making our experience memorable & made us feel special. 10/10! We can’t wait to get our couch.

I shopped several furniture stores around, Des Moines for a new sofa for my family room and was disappointed in the lack of variety and quality. Stopped in at, Redekers and was so happy with the options available. Very diverse selection; from modern to traditional. Eric was awesome and so helpful answering questions and making the design and ordering process seamless! Nikki was also very kind and helpful when checking out. Kudos to the whole team for being so attentive and helpful! Great experience! I am very excited for the delivery of my new sofa and I will definitely be recommending and buying from, Redekers in the future!

Have good selection on the showroom. Sometimes the sales people can be a little overbearing. When I've bought something they have been very accommodating with questions and follow-ups.

We went to homemakers, slumberland, bobs discount furniture, and found the sectional we loved at Redekers! So happy we went here!

My brother bought mom a new recliner from them thay sead thay could madebe fix her old recliner that she had bought there new at one time. Mom love her old recliner soo much she wanted it back if possible thay was able to fix it for mom thay took back the new recliner & all was great mom was very happy with the recliner

It took us a little bit to find a sales rep, which we didn't mind since we were not in a hurry and enjoyed looking at the beautiful furniture.

Once we found someone they happily got us all set up for a new bed to be delivered that Tuesday.

Friendly and helpful staff. We have purchased a number of furniture pieces from this store and would highly recommend. Had a couch damage during delivery and was replaced by Redekers no questions asked.

Just got delivery of our new sectional and recliner. The delivery guys were top notch. Hauled away all of the packaging and made sure I was happy before they left, Love my furniture. When we bought it the associate spent several hours helping design our sectional to fit the room and patiently guided us through the hundreds of fabric choices and options. Could not be more pleased.

Our go to furniture store when we need something. Nothing cheaply made. Good quality made "real wood" furniture. Get what you pay for! No particle board, no plywood with wood veneers just real solid wood!

Friday our furniture was delivered. The two men that brought it was very polite. They unloaded the sofa and I told them it was the wrong one. They offered me to use that sofa until mine got delivered. I said no we would be fine and sent it back with them. The manger called and handled the situation. My sofa will be delivered in two weeks. My saleslady Katherine called me and was so sorry for the mistake. She is so professional at her job. She is the salesperson to go to if your looking for furniture. Redekers is highly recommended for all your furniture and household needs. Thanks

Great range of furniture quality and cost. Could have spent hours in the huge showroom. We work with Katherine who is very knowledgeable, as I'm sure many other staff are, too.
