Redwood Steak House reviews
15Nice relish tray is about it. Way overpriced! All the food is frozen! Horrible cuts of steak. Hamburger well done but RAW on the inside will never go back. Do not recommend!
I was disappointed by the steak. Lots of fat, it didn't seem like a 12 to 14 oz steak and the price was too high.
The Steak was perfectly cooked to my choice. Excellent relish tray served with the meal. Great place!
Our appetizer was good and we had a variety tray come out with a plethora of meat cheese and veggies. Service was pretty good as well However the steaks were good cuts with absolutely zero flavor. No char marks and with the flavor leads me to believe it was cooked on a cookie sheet in the oven. It was very unfortunate for such a nice restaurant.
Steak sandwich came with two tiny pieces of bread and half a pickled and half a slice of meat with soggy fries.
Cute place! Waitress was very nice but it seemed like she was the only one, so diners need to be patient. Food was good - the relish tray was so cute and fun! It has a lot of different little things on it, and we had fun sampling all of them. The onion rings were also really good, as was the meal itself. Ham was very good quality and hubby said the chicken livers were really good. It's a bit pricey, but worth it for a special meal.
Amazing atmosphere and their tilapia and shrimp is amazing. The waitresses are very friendly especially when you have kids. Highly recommend!
All great except a little too dark for my taste.
Some but very little xtra Lighting.
I have always loved going there even as a child me and my mom and brother used to go there all the time when I was a kid and I still love it
Lots of food. The swordfish was over cooked but the wait staff was excellent. Very busy for a tiny town!
We took my Mom out for her birthday. Food was great! She and my husband had the whole catfish and I had a chicken fillet. I've had great steak there before too. Love, love, love the relish tray that comes with the meal! Plenty of extras come with the meal also. The service was wonderful, really nice waitress. Left feeling pleasantly full. I definitely recommend the Redwood Steak House.
Food was great, service was great, need to do a little better job on making sure the glass ware is clean. Overall good place to eat.
Very disappointed.
This place was good in the past but this visit was bad.
Our tab was over $100 for 2 of us and it was the most expensive worst meal I've ever had.
We ordered $35 fillet and $35 ribeye steaks and they were both horrible.
The ribeye was ordered medium rare and it was still tough and bland and full of gristle, and the fillet was also ordered medium rare and had to be sent back 3 times due to it being blue rare and it was full of gristle and inedible.
The waitress was aware that our steaks were horrible as they were barely eaten, but yet she never offered any type of discount.
So basically we paid over $100 for an appetizer, relish tray, bread, hash browns, rice, a diet coke and a water.
Total rip off.
We try to keep our money local, but lesson learned I guess.
We have had bad meals in the past in the city at Texas Roadhouse, but at least they make it right by offering discounts and comps.
Celebrated our 55th Wedding Anniversary with 6 family & friends. Love their breaded shrimp! Very nice waitress. All 8 of us very satisfied. Ended with a grasshopper drink.
I hadn't been to eat at The Redwoods since I was in high school! It was even better than I remembered! Service was fantastic and the food even better!
