Regal Towers reviews
8There isn't much to say. For public housing, there are certainly less savory options.
Things are improving here.
The manager doesn't have a friendly aura but she really is trying hard to make things better here.
She has made several small changes that have made a dramatic difference which is well appreciated.
Mice are awful you see them running down the hallways under people's doors and into the apartments.
Not to mention thatsome of the tenants are so rude.
Just hateful for no reason.
Nice friendly place to live if you don't mind gossipy people. There is an insect proplem but they got a new influx of money just for that purpose! Hopefully that will help with the bug proplem. I've lived here almost 5 years and I'm happy here.
A good place to live. These Apartments get a bad reputation. Where else can you live that is clean. Based on your income, & all your utilities are paid.
I recommend these Apartments.
Staff works hard with all the calls. Very large facility with issues just like all large facilities. Problem is the majority of apartments are studios. Views Are Fabulous, if an investment company was ever looking this would be great for the views, and location. Insects and rodents are as controllable as you make it. There are good and bad things everywhere. Be thankful for what you have!
All utilities are paid.and they go by your income.the people that live their are friendly.
Snooty staff. Wouldn't let me live there cuz I've had 3 evictions over 35 years of living in Council Bluffs. The application said it didn't matter but that was why I was turned down.
