6Won’t be returning. Didn’t feel as if the doctor in the urgent care listened or genuinely cared about my health and just wanted to get me in and out fast. Doctor called Mindy does not seem to know how skin conditions work, and would rather misdiagnose then listen to the words coming out of my mouth. If the doctor had paid attention to her patient and the clear issues I would have appreciated it. I left feeling worse than I came in having to carry the knowledge that I wasn’t getting the help I needed.
My first visit with brad today.couldn"t ask for a more caring and nice doctor.
Katelyn Reese and the rest of the staff in your ER were fantastic today! They were very kind and helpful to us out-of -towners. Thanks for the hospitality and great care! My cut finger is all sewn up and ready to heal! I would visit your department anytime!
Getting refused your own lab results and continually being told I don’t know when they have brought to your attention you have a high lactic acid count. Any questions asked left unanswered and refused to transfer to a diff hospital.
I am always impressed every week when I visit how friendly and caring the staff are. I always see the same people, which shows that staff is consistent and happy. Their compassion and skills make them one of the best hospitals I've ever worked with. I hear nothing but positive feedback from the patients they refer to us as well as by people in the community. Truly one of the best! Janelle Ungs, SW is a huge asset for the hospital and is so wonderful to work with.
Specialty Clinic: A procedure that had been planned over two months ago had to be cancelled because they didn't have the right dosage. Rescheduled for 6 weeks later. That is just what someone with bladder issues wants to hear 15 minutes before leaving for the procedure. A number of lame excuses were provided, but what it comes down to is incompetence. Really?
