I followed Sadie from her previous location for my monthly sugaring of my face (cheeks, chin, eyebrows, lips & side burns lol) and I love going to her! I honestly almost fall asleep each time I go because she makes the atmosphere super chill and casual conversation (until I’m nearly asleep). Would highly recommend going and seeing her!

I have consistently been getting services at Rejuvenate Med Spa for over a year now. I've been extremely happy with the results. I’ve had appointments with Toni, Katelyn, and Sadie and each of the ladies has been great. I’ve never felt pressured to purchase services or products by anyone.
I’ve had most of my appointments with Toni. She’s wonderful! Toni walks me through everything, and I trust her recommendations. The experience is always relaxing. Toni is extremely knowledgeable, comforting, and does a great job by starting with small incremental changes so there are no surprises at the end of the appointment.
Their office is cute! I love how inviting it is, it’s super clean and decorated nicely. The furniture, throws and pillows are very comfortable too.
Also, they have great products on hand. I love the Farmhouse Fresh line. I use the SkinMedica daily and the DefenAge weekly. I recommend Rejuvenate Medical Spa to everyone!

Have you ever felt so disappointed in a business that you were a little sick inside your stomach as you were leaving? That’s how I felt today after my appointment at Rejuvenate Medical Spa on Mulberry Street in Waterloo (near Morg’s).
In the Spring, Rejuvenate ran a special on gift cards, so I bought two, one for myself and one for a friend. I used some of the card’s balance a couple months later on lash extensions. It was my understanding at that time that they kept the balance in my file.
Today, I was hopeful to un-do some of the damage done to my eyelashes from the extensions. (I don’t blame Rejuvenate for the damage; I believe the lash tech did a good job. But the extensions really broke my lashes. I was trying a lash serum to help. I wanted to have a lash tint to make the lashes look a little better as they healed).
My lashes did not absorb the tint, unfortunately; after an hour appointment I looked the exact same. The lashes were just too thin and short after the extensions! Or, perhaps the tint was too light/not left on long enough? Either way, I went to the register to pay, and found out that the last time I’d been there I had used my card balance- this time, the owner, Toni, said I had to have the physical card to use?
I stood before her, with damaged lashes from extensions, and no visible effect from my “lift and tint”.
Toni looked up my account, saw that I had $94 worth of credit on it, and told me that she sure hoped that I can find the gift card in order to use it. Then, she charged me $80.25 for the invisible lift and tint today!
I want to make clear that I don’t blame the aesthetician or the products for my lashes. But I also don’t blame myself.
If I were the owner of Rejuvenate, I would have handled the situation very differently. Perhaps I’d have given my customer the benefit of the doubt, let her use her credit, or even a coupon to show that the cost wasn’t the primary importance. Heck, a free sample of lash conditioner—anything!
If I owned a medical beauty spa, it would be because I wanted my customers to leave feeling great and looking great.
I don’t recommend Rejuvenate Med Spa because of their customer service, if something goes wrong.
