Good they had forgot the remote to first unit I got so I had to return it because they could not locate the remote. But once I received the new unit it's been great

The employees at Rentacenter are very nice and caring. They will work thier best and will work hardest to help find what you are looking and. And their customer service is wonderful that patient with you they listen to you

I was late a week for a payment and they waited even though I was close to being done with the agreement

I love that was able to find a furniture I wanted online and now I'm ready to order some more furniture I love Rent-A-Center you are the best

The saleswoman that reached out to me on my inquiry about a washer/dryer was very efficient, through and very helpful.
As for the delivery guys that delivered my new washer/dryer were very efficient and super helpful. They answered all questions I had. Iam very happy with my experience.

If I didn't have to leave a star at all I wouldn't. I live near this Rent A Center and whoever they hire for drivers do not care about traffic laws or maybe they don't know how to drive? Twice now the bigger guy with black or dark brown hair has pulled out right in front of me and I've had to slam on my brakes. This is one company I would never do business with! After he pulled out I honked and rather than the driver acknowledging he was in the wrong and giving a wave or an "apology" he just honked back. He's lucky it wasn't a police officer because he would have been stopped.

Horrible people was a mix up at bank with my account was behind on one payment and they were like crackheads that you owed money too calling multiple times a day when i was at work even though i told them what was up and stopping at my house constantly manager doesnt care about customers just wants his numbers for his store up
