River City Plaza Strip Mall, Council Bluffs IA

Went to Dunkin donuts and it was a horrible long wait for one coffee. So the one missed star is in reflection of that.

I went here to Verizon located at this plaza to pay my phone bill in cash. I got rid of credit cards of any kind including debit cards. Cash on the barrel for everything~! Nice helpful staff made it a simple in and out procedure. (O) (<>)

Not enough parking, Duncan donuts drive thru road is full of pot holes and its dirty with trash

What can one say about this place that hasn't already been said about drying paint. I get haircuts here i think. Not I the parking lot. Never again

It's a handy little strip mall on Broadway it has several different businesses located there.

If going to dunkin donuts. Then it really depends on when you go. Sundays are no good. Several times my order has been messed up. Or the employees are complaining about having to work. They take a very long time to complete an order (in my case, it was 2 drinks). Even then, my order was wrong. I don't like to complain about my food or drink anywhere in fear that they will spit or do something worse. So I took what they handed me and left. Some days the staff is amazing. Very friendly and talkative while waiting for your order. Those days, I would absolutely give them a 5 star rating. I think maybe some of the evening and weekend staff just need a little more training. I'm not judging, for I've never worked for a coffee shop. So I can only imagine how difficult it can be at times. With time and experience, I'm sure they will be better
