Honestly I dont even know where to begin with this review. What I do know is I definitely would suggest going else where. I had my storage unit for 2 years! Then beginning of June I go to get my stuff and clean it as I was going to be moving. When I arrived I noticed it looked like someone attempted to break into it. But the lock was till on. I tried to opened it and my key wouldn't work. I then tried to call multiple times with no response. I then had to call another number to get a response. Turns out someone attempted to break into the units where mine was at but they said they didn't get into it and then replaced the locks and would meet me for the key. When I got the key and began going through my stuff I realized I was missing things and there was a bag of stuff that wasn't mine. I called the lady back and she said I would need to make a police report. Mind you this whole time I didn't know the time frame of when my unit was broke into so i asked a time frame cause the police would need it. She said it happened 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks and they didnt bother to notify people. Needless to say.best to go to a different place that will notify you when your stuff may have been stolen!
