Riverbend Townhomes, Sergeant Bluff IA

My family and I are looking for a place and we were glad to experience these apartments. The manager Stacey was super cool and made us comfortable. This place was beautiful.

I thought both the townhome and apartment were very nice. Stacy was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We have recently moved to Riverbend Townhomes and we love our place. It’s got everything we are looking for. Stacy is awesome.

We plan on moving to the townhome style next month and I’m super excited. Both Stacy and Chris have been great. They make us feel like we are really wanted there. The townhome isint what we expected but we still LOVE it. A lot of the reason we have decided to move forward was because of Stacy and Chris. The community sounds AMAZING and just looking through it feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment. I’m super excited for all the events they plan and can’t wait to live In a neighborhood like theirs.

I stopped looking for apartments after touring this community. The apt and amenities are great, and it is just within a short drive to Sioux City. Stacy and Chris have been very supportive during the moving-in process. Thank you!

Stacy was very informative and made everything understandable, she made me feel comfortable during the process, she did not leave any details out she was very straightforward, the apartment itself reached more than my expectations, highly recommended this place.

I went there with a specific idea of what I needed, and they COMPLETELY delivered. Not only were Stacy and Chris just down home friendly. When it came to what I needed they were so accommodating. And when the biggest issue came up (price) they went through EVERY available option to make sure my new place would suit me.even which side of the building the sun came up (I work C shift). Long story short fall in love with these people and this property like I did.

My experience was amazing! Stacy was very helpful and informative, listen to every problem I had and realized river bend has amazing benefits:) they are very understanding as well! I am very happy that I am a resident here:)

Me and my wife used to live at this complex and we are coming back due to work, we really love the area the apartment and the staff, nice clean common area well maintained, prices are fare this is the best management we ever had

Due to work I needed to move across state on short notice. Not only was Stacy very friendly, she was also very flexible and accommodating to my needs and limited timeframe! The townhouses and apartments are very nice and in the perfect location for me and my wife. Thank you Stacy!
