18They are not happy to serve MIU student. They serve other people who get in the restaurant after us.
My most recent visit was awesome, breakfast is a great meal to get here. The burgers are pretty decent too.
I was passing through town and was referred to this restaurant by a local. We stop shortly afternoon on a Friday and had no trouble getting a seat. Everybody that took care of us was super friendly. The place is nothing fancy but, the food is absolutely perfect. I like to consider myself an expert in patty melts, they had the best patty melt that I’ve ever had and I have had… Hundreds. The thing was huge and really tasty and was less than 10 bucks with a giant pile of steaming hot fries. It’s a small town and kind of out of the way but if you’re stopping through you should stop and get a patty melt. My wife had the pork tenderloin which was also quite good.
Very friendly waitress and quick service. We walked in with 10 people and they were very quick. Would recommend.
10/22/22. Breakfast with family around 8: 45am not crowded, food was awesome.
9/1/22 Had the Reuben today, was so good. Service is always good and everything was clean and tidy
The waitress too out order, brought our food and never returned.we even had to go retrieve our own steak sauce. She wouldn't bring the bill, we had to request it from someone else. Would not recommend, I am not a critic, only an unsatisfied customer.
I was waiting for a seat. Ignored me, and served another 2 groups of people, cutting my line. Even asked me to clear the path. Should not lose your valuable customer for greed.
It was a hometown spot. Several people got seated after us but were waited on before us. The food was okay. Gravy lacked flavor. Portions were good. Two breakfast and two drinks was over $40. Seemed high for the value.
Great local place for breakfast, fantastic staff great service, good food, what more do you need.
Everything I have ordered from their breakfast menu has been absolutely delicious! I will definitely have to say that the service was great even when packed our server was always on top of our drinks as well as asking if we were interested in anything else and if we were satisfied with our meal. I myself always orders 2+ meals just for myself! As I am a bottomless pit with 3 hollow legs to fill. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any and all. Every time I am in Fairfield to visit family I make it a point to stop in and get some breakfast.
The waitress was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious, I’ve been wanting to go back every day since I’ve gone. I’m moving states soon and I’m terribly sad I won’t be able to eat here again.
My absolute favorite spot for breakfast in Fairfield. Love the coffee and all the great breakfast options. We come for dinner or lunch occasionally too and are always happy when we leave. Staff is so friendly and fun to interact with.
Had all you can eat Walleye. (Boneless) Serving was huge. Couldn't eat all of one plate. Delicous!
Great food, great service, definitely will be eating here again in the near future. Atmosphere was terrific too
I had a breakfast skillet, was very tasty and the temperature of the food was hot. It wasn't sitting a long time.
Love the breakfasts here. They're by far the best in town for being like you cook at home. The staff and waitresses are friendly and helpful
Can't get a better breakfast anywhere! Very good, and the burgers and specials are always great!
The little waitress Lisa is sweet and courteous, we love her!
