Charged us $300 for an unfinished job then sent us letter rejecting our refund that was one lie after another. Their plumber said he didn't feel the need to run the remaining 20ft of cable he had even though his manager would want him to. Our blockage was located in that additional 20ft and we had to pay another company to come take care of it. In their letter, this company claimed that their plumber had reached an impasse which was not what we were informed of at all. They also claim that my fiance informed them that we usually got blockages in this location. We've only lived here a few months and have not encountered an issue like the one we called roto rooter for before our experience with them.

This review was tough the guy who came was very friendly and knew what he was doing and probably one of the best roto-rooter guys I've had come out I even tipped him well. The only downfall and a big one every time I go through Roto-rooter the people on the answering service tell me they leave it like they found it or better. The techs need to get this note because they have never and I mean never put anything down on my carpets when they leave with their tools. (I've used them several times over the years) Forcing me to shampoo the carpets. The cement where they snake is hot mess and is so is the wall next to it. They have invariably wrecked the back of my drywall to my downstairs bathroom too. I'll inevitably end up switching services because they should come here to make my life easier not harder. Also, if your going to go snooping around someones house ask before you go anywhere other than where your work is.

I needed help with my toilet right away. My husband is going thru chemo and is really sick and our toilet would not flush. Roto rooter sent Josh out and he was nicest young man. He honestly cared about our situation. I’m so happy it was Josh that came! I might add I called another place for help and they said they could not come out until Wednesday and I had shared out situation with them. Thank you roto rooter and especially thanks to Josh.

We had a clog in our main drain. We called Clog Busters - someone came out, didn't look at the project and gave us the pricing that they refused to give over the phone. They quoted 1k to 3,500 without even diagnosing the issue. Called Roto Rooter, on a Sunday.on Thanksgiving weekend because our drain was backing up. The young man who came out was so respectful, worked quickly and was able to clear our drain within 30 minutes. Simple clog but 77 ft out. Our bill didn't break the bank and he recommended a maintenance drain cleaner he had on hand to help prevent future concerns. I wish I could remember his name because he made our day. I love Roto Rooter. They helped HomeServ insurance company understand plumbing. I was denied coverage with them because storm drains were not covered. My issue was a collapsed sewer drain (which IS covered). Zack from Rotor rooter figured it out for me. After 2 weeks of phone calls to insurance Co. They finally agreed to cover replacing sewer drain which entails chopping up cement in basement, removing old drain, installing drain and replace cement. I thought it would be an all day project. Chris and Ty from Roto came at 9am were done and cleaned up by noon. Nice, professional and compassionate men. These three men saved me from toxic sewer gas. I will always recommend Rotor Rootor to anyone that needs help with plumbing. Thank you guys.

We had a first time sewer partial clog since owning over 3 years and Roto-Rooter was called by American Water Resources to work on issue. AWR had me on hold for about 5-10 minutes, but then took my information and said Roto-Rooter would call me about my appointment within 2-4 hours. They called after just a few minutes to confirm the call and responded within an hour. Zach was professional and friendly and explained the situation as well as advised how to handle future issues if they should arise. Hopefully, the issue is resolved. Did not appear to be a root issue but he said area is known for Orangeburg sewer tile issues. Very pleased with Roto-Rooter's response and service.

I just wanted to say we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Roto Rooter. We had a commercial water heater go out and in less than 24 hours they had a new water heater installed and running perfect! Kyle stayed late getting the old water heater out and came early to install the new one. We received calls from our residents thanking us for the quick turn around. Thanks Roto Rooter for making the extra effort to get this done.

I had Mike out to my house to camera and snake my drains and he did a fantastic job! He clearly showed me photos and explained what was going on. He explained things very well and acted very professional. He shared knowledge on how the problem may occurred and how to take care of it. Overall, Mike did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone having similar issues. Give this man a raise!

Mike Boyd came to our house last week and solved and issue that had been happening for several months. He was quick, professional and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about what was causing the issue and knew exactly what we needed to do to fix it. Recommended him 10000%

Mike came to see us this morning and fixed our issue with no problems at all. He was super friendly, helpful and checked over everything carefully. Also very clean with what he does. Couldn't be happier with the service.will definitely be using their services again in the future when needed!

We called roto rooter in Dec to fix a clogged drain in the basement. They came in a timely manner and said we need a camera after he tried to cable it. Paid for the camera to come, they said our pipe is broken and we also need to be jetted. We had them do both. Luckily it was just the drain collapsed. The new cement around the drain is higher than the floor itself and the drain still backs up. Had them come out again. He cabled the drain again and said it’s all clear. Wrong! Tried calling the office again to get the drain fixed. We ended up calling another company who said that just cabling a line usually don’t clear roots. They used knives to clear it. And as a bonus they stand behind their work. I’m still waiting to hear back from roto rooter about them fixing the cement around the drain. I don’t and will not recommend using roto rooter!

We had a drain clogged which they come out and fix but the guy Pull the toilet to do the drain And when he reinstalled the toilet we had a leak Under the toilet and we didn't have a leak before they showed up call them back to have Have them fix it They bullied my wifeAnd to pay and $217 for them to fix their mistake Then try to blame the subfloor for the cause of the leak When it was the first guy not installing waxing correctly So I would not recommend rotor router

Roto Rooter has continually saved the day for us! They are always so warm and helpful on the phone and professional when they worked on a plumbing issue in our basement. As someone with absolutely no knowledge when it comes to plumbing fixes, I love that the team is always ready to help explain anything! Highly recommend!

What great service! We have used Roto Rooter for drain service for years and years and they have been wonderful. Recently we have had several big plumbing jobs and Sarom has made it seem like a breeze. He is friendly, efficient, thorough in his repairs and leaves the job site clean!
