I’m from Minnesota and went down a county B Rd.in Iowa after heavy rains where my GPS sent me… Not knowing that the road would be impossible to get through and ended up sliding into the ditch. I called and had a very quick response. Best yet was Derek who helped me out of a very stressful situation. Being in the middle of nowhere and failing helpless is not a great thing for an older one. Derek was absolutely marvelous, and although it took us a while to get me out of a sticky situation, we did it! His calm, cool demeanor, and his friendliness and great smile was something I did not expect on a day that had turned to be such a challenge! I cannot recommend, Roy’s towing and recovery service enough! From the woman who took my initial phone call to the owner, who called me to assess the situation and tell me help was on the way to wonderful Derek for getting me out of the mess. It all truly was a great experience! Thank you so much it’s nice to know that there’s such a good people you can turn to because most throwing services I cannot say that about!

I was in town visiting some friends and needed a tow. The service I received from Roy's was fast and professional. The driver was very nice and I highly recommend them. If I need a tow truck in that area again I'm definitely contacting Roy's!

Had Roy’s tow me cause of a flat. Clint (I think his name was, my apologies) was kind, keeping me up to date with his ETA, and let me ride with him back to the auto shop! Helped ease the stress from an already stressful situation!

I'm having a really bad day it's raining out mother 94 years old having a crisis and my transmission goes out of my car on the way over to see her and her hospice provider people and make a long story short I had to pay insurance payments to make sure my policy was still intact so it ends up being quite expensive day I'm not happy the tow truck driver was called and they were there within 10 minutes and Bobby the driver made sure he dropped me off at my home on the way to taking the car to the dealership made sure to try and call a few dealers that he really knew and trusted did quality work the kind of places that he would take his car to and he's in the business and we get the latest facts on 2017 Nissan Altima just an incredible attitude and extension of kindness put a price on that found out there should be a three-year warranty on the transmission work I had done a year and a half ago while on the way home

Manager showed up to assist when he found out we were stranded just outside of the city on I80 (Des Moines). He blocked our car from the traffic and had our spare put on in a jiffy. I would recommend them to anyone. They care about others safety and we’re polite and courteous.

Just witnessed one of their operators in a white and red heavy wrecker driving like an absolute clown down i80 west past MM116. July 8th 7: 45ish pm. Embarrassing behavior coming from a company who tow's and goes to wrecks. 75-80+mph tailgating cars and trucks in the left lane less than a foot off their bumper trying to force them out of his way. Absolute stupidity, no matter the rush where he is going. Could barely stand in between his deer bumper and the vehicles in front of him. Watched him do it to over 11 vehicles/rigs. Unprofessional and ignorant driver with no regard for safety.

I requested service through my insurance and the driver first came and tried to jump star the car. With no success. He later came to tie away my car. I wish I had asked his name because he was so respectful and professional.
Did an absolute amazing job of taking my car out of the garage and on the tow truck. He was respectful of the property, other drivers going in and out of the parking g lot and just did a great job. He was kind and very much service oriented regardless of the heat and uncomfortable situation at the parking lot. THANKS!

They did a good job of moving my Harley just told me it would be an hour and half at 9: 30pm and did show up until 2: 45am. I missed work the next day staying up late to wait for them

Can only transport one person. Good luck if you are broke down in the middle of no where lol. Was just my wife and I. Suggested I leave my wife on the side of the highway.

They are the BEST! Having a terrible day made one phone call, professional, fast and no surprises! Even got a ride home, highly recommend!

The truck came to tow the car. He said that he would put on the spare tire, and that we could drive it ourselves as we needed 2 new tires. He said that the cost is $30, not the towing charge of $85.69. I called about the mistake, but they stuck with the $85.69, not $30. The should have charged us $30, based on the driver told us. It’s about having integrity.

Wow! Where do I start. I called Roy's towing, panicked because my food truck was stalled in a very busy intersection. Laney picked up, kindly listened to my woes, and then got a heavy out to get my truck. Chad was there in a heartbeat and got the truck out of traffic. He was as kind a driver we have ever met. Graciously put the truck in my drive and my traveling business was home. Thank you, Roy's Towing. You save the day.

Had Roy’s come out after I woke up to find a tire had gone completely flat on my 2022 Ford F-350. Had to get to an important job so I took my wife’s car and left her to meet the driver. When I went to put the new tire on myself a few days later, I found that the driver had badly scraped up the bolt cover and didn’t say a word to my wife. This is a brand-new truck that cost me nearly $90,000; the carelessness of the driver has cost me another $250 for the part and time that I didn’t have to replace it. Extremely sloppy work, very disappointing.

My insurance provider scheduled a pick up with them. After waiting 2 hours the lady was rude and said 30 minutes. After waiting 5 hours I cancelled and asked for a new provider.

Kyle and crew are rockstars and got the job done. I'd happily give 10 stars if I could!
