Did a nice job at bringing in my bike and getting it all set up. Only took them about 5-7 minutes. They were very kind, took off their shoes before heading into the house. I appreciated that, not all delivery staff do that

We had an exercise bike scheduled to be delivered on Monday, February 5. I took the day off work for the delivery, that morning we got an email stating that delivery now is set up for Friday morning February 9, which means I had to take another day off. My wife received a voicemail from RX. Oh, the morning of the fifth, although it did not go to her phone until around noon. Zero compensation for me taking two days off. The two gentlemen that did the delivery were very professional, although they did not open all the boxes and take the cardboard with them, that would’ve been helpful.

Delivery men were courteous, called ahead of time, efficient, careful with my boxes, and took them where I wanted in the basement. Thank you!

Pathetic delivery. Wouldn't bring in my new refrigerator because there was a little snow down the middle of the driveway, but clear on either side.plenty of space for an appliance dolly. He called his supervisor and told him the driveway was icy. There was no ice on my driveway. This is iowa.don't deliver in the winter if you can't handle a LITTLE bit of snow. Now I have no refrigerator because they have a bunch of sissies doing the deliveries

Drivers were very professional. They asked where I wanted to place it and set it all up and cleaned up all the extra packaging and took it with them when they left!

The delivery team was amazing! They were personable and completed the service without any issue. I am one to find something wrong with a situation, but this team went above and beyond! I would use this team's service again.

I ordered a washer and dryer and the delivery was perfect. I was called 30’ before the scheduled delivery. Installation was superb by the two men who couldn’t have done a better job.

RXO was extremely friendly. Peloton set a delivery via their website for 11/27, and RXO called very quickly to advise that was not realistic based on the holidays and them not even receiving the tread from Peloton yet. They gave an updated window of 12/26 but said if they received it from peloton sooner they would let me know. They representative was very helpful and friendly. Another super friendly representative called back and advised they had received it and they would be able to deliver on 12/10 now. The two gentleman that delivered were very friendly, courteous and made sure it was built and worked before they left. They even took all the trash with them. Excellent customer service!

Pros: the delivery crew was fantastic. On time, gave 30 min text ahead, courteous and careful. When our originally scheduled delivery was postponed the scheduling team (also courteous) worked to get our delivery R/S as soon as possible. In the end only 3 days later, minor inconvenience to us because we are home during the day most days.
Cons: we got a text the night before we were originally scheduled for delivery saying it was postponed and earliest R/S on the app was 2 wks later! I was glad I did not give up and sent an email- which was answered by the logistics team as above. All's well that ends well.

Terrible Service. I receive text stating delivery of LG TV that was scheduled for Monday, Dec 11 is now getting bumped to December 18 because routes full. I’m then told they just got the product. Ok, so they have the product then why can’t it be delivered on original date? Inconvenience me to not inconvenience them? I too run a business and schedule time to be available for delivery which means sacrificing business appointments. Let’s hope it arrives before a Christmas at least

I ordered my washer from LG and it was delivered/installed by RXO. I was called about 30 minutes prior to delivery on the day and time promised. The washer was unloaded carefully and looked over before being brought into the house and then again after it was installed. Very nice and professional men did the job quickly and efficiently.

First experience (not by choice) extremely poor. A very important package from IKEA was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I even got the text with a delivery window, all of the sudden it was not going to be delivered until Saturday without further reason, I had to call to ask for a sooner time due to time sensitive. It was supposed to be delivered today (12/05) between 2-6pm, at 6: 10pm i got a text that my package would not be delivered. UNRELIABLE company.

My order was initially delivered damaged with no warning or attempt to contact despite the fact that it was supposed to be delivered inside. My replacement delivery was delayed 4 times across the span of a month before I just canceled it.

Had a couple of hiccups with the delivery but issue was handled promply and TV was delivered with care. Delivery staff were pleasant and professional.

My LG kitchen appliances were delivered by this company. Driver, Dub, called 30minutes prior to delivery as the company promised. Appliances were unloaded carefully and looked over before being brought into house. Dub was personable and professional and made the transaction smooth and quick.

Only snag was that the appliances were delivered after the date confirmed with LG; however, this was because LG was running behind and the company hadn’t yet received them. Can’t deliver something you don’t have!

The communication of when to expect them was very good and timely. These guys loaded the furniture onto MY cart for me and delivered it into MY front door (I live on the 2nd floor of a condo bldg). They were very pleasant and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.
