Not bad at all, just make sure if you have multiple shipments on your truck that they take only what’s theirs, they have a habit of not reading what is there’s on the BOL and will take everything, if you don’t make a point of telling them. You are not allowed on the dock, you stay in your truck.

It's like any other facility. Staff is friendly and there will be times you'll have to wait in line for a bay door on busy days. There's also only one live unload door, so try to be patient.

We were dreading coming here after reading reviews. But it wasn’t bad at all. Other than having a 6am appointment and it being during a shift change. Had to be here on time, and then wait on them. But they put us in a door at about 6: 20 and had our 5 pallets off within 25 mins.

Don't arrive no more than 1 hour before Sunday gates open at 10 pm local time. (You'll be in way of local drivers coming and going.) Check in, don't block the dock area after old guard shack.most deliveries will take place 1 block away, and you need to turn around, so don't get blocked in OR block anyone else. NOW, pay attention to others backing at the other small warehouse around the block! It took a pair of newbies 20 minutes to dock cuz they couldn't understand English to help guide them. Docks 1 thru 5 are super tight. I waited it out, to dock next to them (after it was safe). Took 20 minutes to load, paperwork in back of trl. Pretty simple, don't be in a hurry to speed thru the lot, then see you hurry and dock all crooked. Loaders are laughing at you, cuz all the plugged backed up traffic. Just chill and it's EZ. (side note, start your GPS from just north of FlyingJ) If coming from west, you need to do it this way, a lot of non truck routes. 5 stars if it weren't for the young non-english speaking fools who clog the area.

I was very pleased. I had a few problems which they came out and addressed immediately. I don't know how they could have done more

Check in 45 min before my appointment 8am, told me to come back 5min before 8am.
Got a dock right away at 8am.
They unloading right now.

I wish didn't have to select a star when place don't deserve 1 like this place very slow and lazy people if you delive 1 or more pallets it would take about 45 minutes to a hour to get unloaded once you are in dock I don't want think about a whole 53ft trailer these people saying 5 stars are liars

Very nice people they got me unloaded pretty quick considering they was busy clean lot a nice experience to be Sunday night at 10: 00 on Father's Day great work guys thank you.

This place pretty awesome. Usually very fast unload. Always delivered here only. Can’t say much bout the pick up process

Sunday night experience. Gate opens at 10pm. By the time you finish checking in it will be 1030-1045 depending on number of drivers ahead of you. You'll be given a door and wait for your turn to back in that door this also depends on number of drivers in the queue. No overnight parking. In at 10pm out at 1145pm

Lazy lazy lazy workers. 2 trucks total at the docks for 4hours, lot is empty and no one is starting on them

Driver arrived at 0920 for a 0930 appointment according to our rate confirmation. Driver was told they only make appointments on the hour. Was told that he would not get unloaded until 1400. At 1400 second shift came and unloaded driver right away. It appears that first shift was lazy and just would not unload. I attempted to call and talk to someone but nobody answers the phone. So they are getting a public review.

Not a bad place to work. A lot of decent people that work there. You deal with the heat in the summer time and the cold in the winter time. They do tell you occasional weekends when you are hired but when it gets busy you will be working a lot. 10 hours Monday through Friday and 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday

We arrived yesterday with about 23 minutes left on drive clock, he checked in, was asked did he want to live unload or drop. Of course we dropped, once trailer was dropped we were on our way with time left to get to the truck stop. Yes they were way behind, yes there were any 15 trucks waiting to get to a door but they were professional and courteous.

These guys are lazy, they'll have you waiting all day to unload 2 pallets. Maybe drig test the employees theres no reason it should take 3 hours for 2 pallets

This place a joke, 1 forklift working at giant warehouse, 7 hours to get unloaded, never again
