Ryder Truck Rental, Cedar Falls IA

First visit here for fuel and service by Johnathan was prompt and courteous to the trucks needs. I'll be back.

I'm not very happy with a shop that refuses to do stuff they are told to do that only waste my time for nothing to get fixed now in a couple weeks they will want to do a service on my truck that could have been done today so now they are gonna do it my way when I get ready to put it in the shop again not next week

I must say that this has been the best Ryder hands down. I like to say Thank You to Sylvester, Jeff G, & Rodney for there help today. Rodney Fix my truck when I have been to several other Ryders that could not fix. I was having the same problem with my truck going to the shop for the same situation old DEF system which I think should be deleted from all trucks. Rodney had great communication with me about my truck and the other guys that assisted him in my visit today was absolutely professional and taking care of my needs. I just want to say thank you because IF THE WHEELS AREN’T SPINNING MOMMA IS GRINNING!

After experiencing issues 35 miles on the interstate with a vehicle that was rented from another branch, they stayed open coached me in to the cedar falls branch talking to me and monitoring me to make me feel at ease to a situation that could have been hectic stressful and dangerous. I've tried contacting these guys for months on a quote. Every time I call (once a week) they tell me "I'm so sorry, we will have someone reach out today) and every time it never happens. When I ask about trucks, I have to go through the whole process again and again for them to not call me, again. Must not need the business. If they ever get in touch with me and figure this out I will change my review, otherwise from my personal experience, I would recommend going somewhere else and not wasting your time, because that seems to be all ryder Likes to do.

4 days and 30+ hrs sitting in the sun with my dog and finally having to pressure management to get them to finally get it in the shop 4 hrs after my appointment time set 2 weeks prior.they did nothing to fix an issue. They barely took care of the scheduled oil change and service.and only after I jumped their case.this location needs to really work on getting it together and actually doing their work and less on corporate synergy meetings in the middle of the shop floor.and being a full service gas station. I am baffled as to how and why the Cedar Falls Ryder location has a rating more than a 1.5

Matt met me at the pkng lot as soon as I arrived. Asked me the issues I had and hit me into the Shop right away. Very friendly and Knowledgeable, a great asset to Ryder and a great Representative. Service was fast and Friendly.

Whenever I need to rent a vehicle for my personal use or for the company I work for, the first place I call is Ryder Transportation in Cedar Falls. The vehicles are always clean, and ready to go when I arrive. Mel knows exactly what I need to do a particular job and provides excellent customer service throughout every step of the rental process.

We rent from Ryder almost every week of the year! They are the best people to work with and have exceptional customer service skills. They accommodate our truck rental needs. We won't rent trucks from anywhere else!

Great customer service and experience. Called Friday afternoon and had a truck ready to go Saturday morning. Cheaper than any other place, pick up and drop off took less than 5 minutes. Twice we have used this location and I will not hesitate to use or recommend in the future.
