This was the absolute best customer service I have ever had with a car and I mean ever. I paid online they put it in the next day they had issues with it they had to call the car company and work directly with them and they never complained once and did a fantastic job

When my windshield was damaged, these guys drove 30 minutes out to my house on short notice and patched it up in freezing weather. The whole repair only took about 15 minutes, and the techs were professional and courteous. Great service and great people.

This was my first experience with having a cracked windshield repaired. They were very informative when it came to insurance and provided quick service.

Impossible to talk to a live person and the phone prompts are agonizing when you just need to ask a simple question.

Im not sure what to think about this place. We went in for an estimate to fix a small chip in the windshield, and the guy said just dont put pressure on it. Then he comes out to look at it and starts to push on it. So now that small chip has turned into a crack going almost halfway across our windshield

Tl;dr - Replaced Tesla windshield. Reasonable prices, awesome staff, quick turnaround time, would recommend.

Had a small chip in my windshield, that turned into a 12 inch crack when I went went to defrost the car without realizing there was a chip in the glass.

The automated phone system was a bit of a pain - so I went in to talk with them face to face. They took a look at my car, gave me an estimate, and even though they didn't have the glass for my specific car on hand - they were able to get it ordered and get me in to have it installed in less than a week.

I was apparently the first Tesla windshield to get replaced at this location, but you wouldn't know it from looking at things because the windshield looks as good as new and all the cameras/sensors work exactly like they did before.

Price wise, I'd rather have NOT had to pay for a new windshield.but their prices were better than I expected and I didn't feel like I got nickled and dimed over anything; And the estimate they gave me up front was exactly what they charged.

Everybody there was super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I hope I don't need another windshield any time soon.but if I do, I'll definitely be using them again.

A branch had fallen through my rear window into my vehicle. Within the hour, they had cleaned up/removed all of the broken glass, ordered a new rear window, and had temporarily patched my car with plastic wrap to hold me over until installation. When I returned home ANOTHER branch had fallen nearby which punctured the plastic. They were more than happy to rewrap the car in the plastic wrap when I had asked them for the favor.

Do good work but hidden fees. 50 to come to you and then 35 to get rid of your old windshield.
