1 I had the worst customer service in there. I recently had to have surgery on my foot.and the ladies working there just looked at me as if I was bugging them coming into the store. I was on a scooter, they just looked up at me and never got off the ground. I believe they were doing a reset on their store.
Never asked me while shopping if I needed help. Nothing. I have never been so disheartened at a store.especially, being in a position where I can’t walk, well.
They never gave me my receipt and was straight up rude. This was the second time I’ve come here and I’ll never come back. At the register I even asked the lady, the manager if she was having a good day. She never asked me any questions back. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. I have my license to go to Cosmo prof and SalonCentric and I’ll stick to going there.
