Very fast and friendly service. From calling them to the installer they were very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

The service person was very competent as well as kind and friendly. I had been trying to get the problem with my cable resolved for months, and he was able to find the problem, make corrections and be on his way is a very short time. Very pleased.

Luis was a champion. I just moved into this house and didn’t understand where all the cables were or how it all worked. He stuck around and figured it all out and was friendly the whole time. I’m sure he didn’t plan on it taking quite that long but you would have never known. It’s great to work local, because if I need him I can ask for him by name.

Courtesy and professional install. Four TVs hooked up and doing great. Not sure why I stayed so long with DTV.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Good to have a local satellite dealer instead of dealing with someone over the phone who might not even be in this country.

I called Satellite Central after spending so much time trying to talk to dish directly. Satellite Central was SO helpful and professional about every step. They took my information and figured out a way to make everything work out. They even came out the same day and hooked up everything. It was awesome! I should have went to them from the beginning.

So far the dish system seems to be ok. We will have to figure out and try alot of changes in this system. The person that installed this was friendly and worked fast and he explained the system to us for a good start of something new.

My installer was on time to the minute.
My installation time was set between 2pm -4pm
He came at 2pm on the dot. He was very polite and completely knowledgeable and completed the installation as required. I am very happy and hope to have a great business relationship with Satellite Central. I am happy so far to be away from Cable 1 now Sparklight! Thank You

Was a Direct TV customer and became frustrated with Direct TV and then blocking local channels due to their inability to reach an agreement.

Called Satellite Central and takes to Jesse and had Dish installed the next day. I am of course on a learning curve for the Hoper but I can tell you the channel selection and the Hopper is way more advanced than Direct TV’s Genie.

Wished I would have switched earlier this year when Direct blocked the first local Channel. Thanks Satellite Central.

The technician's showed up and got all the work done and showed me some things about the cool features. So i got up this morning and turned on the tv and nothing was working. So come to find out they forgot to put the smart card in the receiver.i would definitely appreciate if somebody would come back out TODAY to get this taking care of

The tecknition called and asked to come early. We were happy to get it done now. They were pleasant and efficient and explained the remote. He attempted to hook up the internet but our modem is not working. We are having trouble accessing some channels. If I don't get it figured out I will call for help.

Quick service/install. Came out the same day and was installed in less than 1 hour. Great service and very professional.
