Jacob Pulliam is a pure professional. He came to install a new Furnace/AC/Water Heater and ensured that he took care to preserve the floors and carpet in the house while doing the work. He cleaned up all debris and left the house in the condition it was in prior to his arrival. Very friendly and answered any questions that I had about the units, the use of them, the ability to change the filter and lots of other general questions that I had to ensure the protection of my investment. He ensured that everything was in working order and checked to make sure that I did not have any additional questions. I would highly recommend Schaal Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Professional company with professional service and provides great service. This is the best experience that I have had with a company that provides this type of service.

Vaughn was professional and knowledgeable. Vaughn didnt waste time diagnosing the problem. He explained very thoroughly what he was going to do and didn’t waste time getting the problem corrected. Very pleased with the efficiency and work done.

The guys came out today to do an inspection of my furnace. My furnace checked out amazing and is doing fine. They guys noticed however that my water heater was leaking. They educated me on what was happening and why and what the options were to fix this. They got a new water heater to the house today and got it installed. I’m so glad that I didn’t have a major flood in my basement. All of the guys were professional. Knowledgeable and respectful. Five stars all around.

Had to have a new furnace put in last year. They did a great job, and my gas and electric bills have both dropped considerably. And I got set up with a good place to order my filters from for less than normal.

I have not used Schaal Plumbing, Heating and Cooling yet but one of their service techs Vaughn went above and beyond to help my daughter with her stuck vehicle. He along with the customer he was servicing helped her get her car moved and we are very grateful. I will make sure to remember them the next time I need work done.
