The night shift crow " Kristin " give a bad attitude and I made fun of me for almost 2 hours! They do not care if you complain because no one will do anything for them.

That was my favorite place but I will never go back again.

Owner is cheap and it shows with how he treats his employees. For one of the busiest stores in the state, the employees should not be required to do managerial tasks at a lower rate. The place can’t keep a manager and it shows. Employees are the only thing holding it together and the owner cutting corners does not help. I have been watching for weeks, silently taking notes. Get better.

Great people great drinks love the crushy seating inside of the location. It's amazing they have games for you to play also I can feel like a little kid again while drinking my coffee

There isn't an Atmosphere since it's just a drive thru lol! Love the Peach Smoothie I order it double blended to make sure there isn't any ice chunks in the bottom! Ordered food a few times.muffins are good. The rest is just ok in a pinch.

Came in to get a blender and a cinnamon roll the lady didn't even ask if I had the app and didn't scan my phone for me to get my points then told me it needed done before she cashed it when she didn't give me time and then she thinks it can be done by receipt

One of my favorite places to go to.very friendly, and when it isnt busy I love the light conversations that the barsitas have while waiting for your drink in the drive thru.super friendly people, and the coffee is amazing too. 10000x better than Starbucks!

First time customer. Went to this place after dropping a relative off at the airport early in the morning. The staff here are very friendly and patient, especially at 5: 30 a.m. To the worker who took my order: thank you for recommending me the large hot caramelicious:)

Staff forgot my order and I had to ask for my drink. Flavor of White Mocha Blended Coffe was ok, but I prefer Cabin Co or Caribou if ordering from a chain store.

Excellent location and the most beautiful and courteous baristas at any scooters. The establishment was clean, organized and well maintained. These baristas were friendly, courteous and absolutely beautiful models.

Fine coffee, super clean establishment and beautiful batistas, a combination you cannot afford to miss. I recommend this location.

The staff is always friendly. I always order a chai tea which is awesome. Only complaint the sandwich's are small for the price.

The staff are always friendly with a smile and great attitude. They are informative and I can ask anything. The place is clean with a homey feel. If you don't like the dark intimidating feel of Starbucks this is the place for you.

First time here had the sugar cookie holiday drink blended and it was delicious. Looked almost to good to drink. The lady who took our order was very nice and helpful while making my first selection here. Will most definitely be back.

I was extremely pleased with my experience here I was also super impressed with the camaraderie between staff members! The team was clearly busy with drive through orders but still took the time to help my diabetic father find a Christmas themed drink that was safe for him. While waiting for our drinks, I overheard the staff congratulating each other on jobs well done and giving polite assistance with getting window times down a little lower. I wound up making a second purchase just to ensure the team was properly tipped. Even when I forgot my muffin, a kind young lady ran out to our vehicle just to make sure we got it. On top of everything, I had probably the best peppermint mocha in years. I’d give y’all 10 stars if I could!

Scooters is always fast, and prices are reasonable. Their breakfast sandwiches and sugar cookies are great! Make sure to use their app for rewards!

I’m very disappointed you discontinued honey vanilla latte as that was the only drink I got from there as all other locations discontinued months ago.
