I would not recommend this doctor as I worry that Dr. Fackrell would provide subpar care to other patients he deemed "unworthy" of basic courtesy or professionalism. His dismissive attitude and refusal to provide needed medical documentation was shocking and unacceptable.
If you value bedside manner, compassion and actually being helped by your doctor, do not make the mistake of seeing Dr. Fackrell. There are certainly better physicians available who will treat you with dignity and provide the medical assistance you need.
