Our stove went out in the middle of cooking on the 20th. On the 21st I went around town to look for a replacement. I really wanted someone to install it. We wanted it to use for Christmas eve meal. Everyone said they couldn't install one until after the first of the year. Scratch and Dent said they would be able to install the day after Christmas. I told them I would just have to take it home myself and try to install it but wasn't happy about that. The staff said they could try to get a hold of there delivery and installation people who were on the road to see if they could work it in. They were able to get our new Beko Electric Slide In with convection oven installed that afternoon. We were able to start baking our Holiday breads on Friday and they baked perfectly. We are very thankful to the staff at Scratch and Dent for going the extra mile to get our range to us, and to the installers for doing a wonderful job of getting us up and running! You have saved our Holiday, and the Beko is beautiful and works great! This is added on (1-4-24). I changed the rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. While we continued to use the range, we had difficulty setting the temperature using the key pad for the oven. It was hit or miss to get it started. We would press with our finger tips as you do on any touch key pad device, and more often than not, certain numbers and the start button wouldn't take and we would get an ERR message. I went in to tell the sales people about it and to see about getting service for it. They said it would be after the 1st of the year but here is the catch. They told me if it is operator error and nothing was wrong, I would be charged for the service call. The technician came out on the second and spent 15 minutes touching the keypad having the same trouble I had. I left the room and he continued to work with it. Later he came in and told me that there was nothing wrong with it and said that if you use your thumb, with the meaty part of it, it will work. He then charged me $133.00 for the service call. Since there was nothing in the owners manual that indicated that there was a specific way to push the buttons, and the sales people didn't say anything about that, I feel I had no choice but to say ok to placing the service call. I didn't want to have to fight getting the oven to work the rest of its life. I went back to tell the manager this and all he would say is I told you if there is nothing wrong we will charge a service call. That to me is not very good customer relations. It makes me wonder if they didn't know about the problem? I have never had a business tell me if it is operator error there will be a charge when I needed service. I will probably be needing a couple more appliances in the near future, but I won't be coming back here.

Their extended warranty was b.s. We were told when.we.bought it they would replace or fix our washer/dryer if we had any issues. 1 year later washer leaks is extremely loud while on spin cycle. Call them and we get sent to a. 3rd.party extended warranty company. They eventually send a technician who is excellent and he tells us it's up to the extended warranty company on whether or.not to fix. We get a call and they tell us they won't fix it amd offer us half of what we pay. After hours on hold and talking eith them on the phone I eventually get a check for what we paid. I had to.spend hours on phone arguing to get what we paid for. Save your time and money and go somewhere that's honest. Also dont get their extended warranty. The.company they use isn't worth a dime.

Very pleased with the warranty repair that Kacey from Scratch & Dent performed on our Frigidaire induction range. He was on-time, courteous, competent, and professional. Range is working better than new now. I highly recommend him and Scratch & Dent.

Had my fridge for about 3yrs and warranty expired tried to call LG about fixing the compressor and they will not stand behind there warranty due to this was a third party sale (dought from here). #if your fridge doesn't have a serial number in it don't buy it. During all this I was told most items that come to this place the serial number is removed and was not told this at time of sale or i would put a 5year warranty on it.thought I was getting a good deal but at the end you get what you pay for. #not happy with this place #buyer beware

Just got our fridge delivered today, and we couldn’t be happier! We have an oddly designed house, so our main fridge works best in the basement. They were so helpful with picking out a fridge that we could get downstairs, and they instructed us perfectly on how to prepare and prevent damage to our home during the move! From purchasing to delivery, everyone has been wonderful:)

With a long hour drive there, it was definitely worth going! Super friendly and knowledgeable and humerous! They have lots of appliances for very reasonably prices. Bought a refrigerator that would range from $900-$1200 for $830 after tax. Mine didn't have any scratches just a couple dents, but I got it home and after the kids moved there fridge decor onto the new one, dents weren't even noticeable! Family and I love our new fridge.

Hands down best service team. They gave suggestions on what to say to the manufacturer to get my warranty extended. They then showed up when we were getting 5 inches of snow even though the business closed because of the snow. That impressed me. Good job guys

Was here on Jan 12,2023. Bought a reconditioned laundry tower. They looked just like the "brand new" ones. Super clean place. Lots of selection. The gentleman that was working was super nice. Very friendly and helpful. Will def go back for any future appliance needs. 5 stars. Would def reccomend. Thank you!

We just bought a NEW dishwasher from these guys. We went in not having any particular brand in mind and since we had gotten our washer and dryer units from them 6 years prior, our budget was pretty open since they are very affordable.
We initially looked at one that was in the $700 range and the gentleman, who I assume is one of the owners, came out and told us about a Beko dishwasher. It was just under $600 and one of his best sellers. So we bought it and paid him to install it.
He was very friendly, professional and honest. I would recommend appliances from these folks any day.
While there are some actual scratches and dents on the appliances (and a lot not being in a super visible place or overly ridiculous) the 3 appliances I have from them are great and work well! Definitely check here first when looking for a replacement appliance since those times usually come at inconvenient times and they are absolutely affordable!
