They go above & beyond for their clients! I love the videos they send when they're going through my vehicle inspection! As well as they give you a voucher for a free CAR WASH at Mr car wash next door!

Their service department is first rate! They have saved me money and they stand behind their work.

My experience at first was great, friendly employees but was disappointed when I brought my car in for inspection it said specifically the front brakes were at 4mm and recommed replacement and the rear brakes were at 10mm and good. I had warranty that covered the brakes but they required an authorized shop to look at. When I took it to the shop 4 days later for repairs the front brakes measured 3 mm closer to 2mm and rear brakes measured 4mm. I asked them to physically show me the reading to confirm and them had no problem doing that. I called Rich back and said I'm confused on the inspection and asked if they actually looked over the car because I'm guessing they didn't and just gladly charged me $140.00. He said that he would get back to me and it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Very disappointed especially since I'm new to the area and this was my first experience with this dealership.

After talking with the customer representative on the phone I was half expecting to have a long delay in just getting my car even looked at. You see my car battery died over the Christmas weekend. Roy’s towing was able to jump start it so I could drive it to stew Hansen service department Monday morning. From the service technician Chris who took the reins on working in my car right there with another service tech to determine yes indeed it was the battery to the shuttle drivers who shuttled me and others to our destinations. Everyone was wonderful to work with. Chris even called me directly to let me know at 1 that afternoon to say my car was done. With wonderful service like this, I’ll definitely be back to use them again.

5th time in 4 months my new car is in the shop. Still under warrantee

Picked up a brand new work van for school. When the salesman gave it to us. Ice all over windshield snow on top. They just pulled it out of a hole and gave it to us. Got a new vehicle for school at Karl's Chevrolet and it was brought in to warm shop, all snow and ice cleaned off.

I bought my last 3 cars from Strews. They are great people there, very friendly and helpful. For this trip to them I have a recurring problem with my car. But because we could not get the problem to happen there, they couldn't help me at this time.

Went for an oil change and they ended damaging my Cold Air intake, took whole Assembly off. The good part is they offered to replace Cold Air filter

Had an oil change and service. Handled process very quickly, also waited in lounge had coffee and tea. Had free car wash after. Great.
