Very competitive rates, always up front and honest with work.and they have warranty on parts installed. Inquiring with in is a must. Try finding better rates for the size of service center will be hard. 2 thumbs up

I was seeking a second opinion.
I was very anxious because the people who had previously taken care of my car weren't certain that they could fix it. I asked a friend if he could recommend someone else. Luckily, he suggested Shawn's. Dante explained everything, and the mechanics were able to repair my 1999 car. They were fast, efficient, and reasonable. I'm grateful for the excellent service!

Brian and his team are the absolute best! Honest, and dependable. Our family will continue to take our cars to Shawn’s Auto exclusively.

Took one year to fix timing chain in engine and when I got my truck back it was in poor condition from grease on steering wheel, inside of door handle and on center console to scratches on hood of truck which he admitted was his fault. Only gave a bill reduction which should be included with fixing the damage of hood and interior. Also engine does not have the same acceleration as it did when before timing chain fell off and brakes seem shot or drained of brake fluid. This is from someone whos father worked with Shawn in the past and someone that has 15 years of customer service experience with this company not including the rest of my family and we will not be back due to not filling safe to ever drive a vehicle off that lot again. (WARNING DANGER DO NOT USE)

I won't take my vehicles anywhere else but Shawn's. Great place and outstanding work. With good prices

I am from Indiana. I arrived to Shawn’s on my way back to IN with a tire that wouldn’t hold air. Even though they were fully booked with appointments for the next 4 days, they worked me in right away and fixed the tire for a very reasonable price. They were great!

Brian is a nice guy however he is all over the place. Was unable to resolve issue while routinely not focusing on problem at hand. Was unable to meet time commitments that he established. Very nice guy but I would not recommend using his services.

I deeply apologize for the last review I gave then thay are the best auto shop in the qca the review was meant for somewhere else there are a 5 start business and take care of all there customers I highly recommend anyone to only go to them if you want the best service and friendly people who cares about all people again as a small business owner this is the only place to go

Absolutely the best repair shop to take your vehicle to! I’ve made the mistake of going to a different shop but will not do that again!

Picked my truck up at Shawn’s 2day, had tire fixed n tires rotated, oil changed n a KnN cold air intake installed, as Usual they did a Super Job, n at a Fair Price, moved here from Illinois 1 year ago n Shawn’s is the place to go, had my wife’s car serviced n new tires m oil changed, fair price, keep up the Good Work!
