Pretty nice received girl, friendly and professional, quickly unloaded.as soon as arrived and called her, she send me to the door.

Quick unload. A bit of paving going on makes getting on the docks a little of a challenge especially with the cement trucks in the way.

They’re by appointment they will not take you before your appointment time and also heavy loads

It's the worse place I have ever been to. They kept me waiting for 5 hours. No truck driver should ever pick up from this place unless you want to get your 10 hours break.
The dude in the office seems to hate his life his job his everything. This is seriously a manifestation of hell on earth.

Unhook and wait. -1 star.office staff was somewhat nice. The check in and out process can take 10,15min if they're busy (meaning 2 guys ahead of you). They do ignore tf out of you before they have time for you so dont take it personally but i was in and out within 2hrs of appt time so cant complain.

Not bed not bed apt11 am com check in in 13: 10 late apoitment. Door right now. Waiting 2: 35 min and Loaded. Good way to business!

Well I was late from my appointment time but they work me in and get loaded with in 1.30 not bad at all

THIS PLACE BLOWS. IT DOESN'T MAKE SINCE TO BE THIS DAMN SLOW. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EVERYONE HERE SHOULD BE FIREX AND THE OWNER WHOEVER HE OR SHE MAY BE SHOULD SET SOME TYPE OF STANDARD. STAY THE HELL AWAY. U HAVE BEEN WARNED. SUPER SLOW.

My appointment was schedule at 6pm. I check in at 5: 45 pm and got dock at 6pm. I was out at 7: 30 pm. One hour and 30 minutes to load is not bad.

I showed up @ 1130 fro my 1400 live load appointment. They had me drop in door right away. I was loaded and out of there by 1300. Free cookies by shipping window for drivers.

That guy @ the window really has poor customer skills. Attitude is really bad.othercthan that its a good place to go to. The girl @ the window on 3rd shift wasn't bad as far as her attitude

If you need to take a 34, this would be a good place to take one, been here ten hrs, haven't got loaded yet.

Was late 2 hours, got it from the broker right at appointment time but was given a door right away and the whole thing took 2 hours. I got there by 1: 30pm and it wasn’t busy but by 3: 30 it was jam packed.

Alright ladies and gentlemen here’s the deal. I had a 1pm appointment I knew I wasn’t going to make. I called shipping at 12: 45 and to them I was running a little behind, told the lady I just wanted to reach out as a professional courtesy in which she replied thank you and asked for my Pickup number (starts with a cmv) I gave it to her and told them I would see them as soon as I could. Pulled in at 2 pm and checked in with a smile and a good attitude and low and behold got put straight in the door. Moral of the story, remain professional, be polite, and a little humor doesn’t hurt either. And yes they were busy. Almost forgot, they’ve got free snacks too.

Strictly by appointment! If you’re late, it take long time. I spend here 15! Hours. But they working 24 hours. I get my trailer 4: 00 am. Restroom is honey bucket, free cookie.:)

GARBAGE PLACE FOR DRIVERS! Do not come for pick up even your dispatcher offers good money! You will end up losing your all day! Anyway this place still exists.

Worst place ever, driver got in before his appt time and gaved them pick up number but they said they are really bussy and they will load him when they have time. He is sitting on the dock from 1000 am and now is 1400pm still not loaded. They don't have respect to drivers who have expirience more then their years of living. If you can try to pass this place for shipping.

Very slow loading, take 5-6 hours for loading & that fatty guy who is sitting in dispatch so rude, he don’t know how to talk to somebody
