Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Store is clean and well organized. Sherwin-Williams is the only paint I buy. It covers well and lasts. The store is in a nice location and I got just what I was looking for.

Took a paint color from my home and they were able to match it perfectly and assisted with the sheen I needed as well. I was greeted and assisted immediately. I have used Sherwin-Williams many times in the past and will continue in the future.

I sent my wife in to pick up paint from here today. They wouldn’t tell her the price of the paint I had her pick up until it was mixed which was outrageously priced. Then he proceeded to tell her she had to get it since they mixed it. I will NEVER spend another dime in this store or any of the other stores. When I called in to speak to them they informed me that since she got it we couldn’t return it and where very rude informing me I didn’t have any idea how much paint cost apparently and I should have done more reach before purchasing it.

Great place for your painting projects small, and large, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, plus they are well stocked.

I bought a large quantity of paint. When I got home I was unhappy with the color in my space, I worked with both Kyle and Grant who assured me that they could adjust the color by adding a tint. They actually cared about how I felt and wanted to do their best to make it right. They are wonderful employees. I would highly recommend the Sherman Williams in Metro Crossing Council Bluffs and I will continue to do business with them for years to come.

So many choices. The company REALLY knows their business. Staff was busy. Had an extensive wait.

We were so pleased with the paint we purchased. The staff were extremely helpful; we live about 50 miles away from the store so it required making arrangements long distance. We ordered the paint by telephone and everything was ready when we arrived. Couldn't ask for better service.

The paint is good quality. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Employees are very helpful and they often have pretty good sales, so keep an eye on their events.

Kim is outgoing and professional, management is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.
