First of all, I verified my contact info with shottenkirk but they still called my dad, he is a co-signer but I am the one responsible for all of the money put into that vehicle so it feels kinda rude that I wasn’t called when my car was done being serviced

Took my truck into the service department to get a dent fixed along with an oil change. Tate and the rest of the crew were on top of everything. Had my rental waiting for me ready to go, and took no time at all.

Cory was great to work with. Love my new C8 corvette. Best deal I found after looking for months.

Cory Tass was the most amazing salesman I've ever had. He was super great to work with, very personable, not pushy or overbearing. A great guy! I plan to only buy from him from now on!

Had oil change appointment scheduled on July 19 @ 11am. Got there at 10: 50am and told the service employee I was here for an oil change and he said they would get it taken care of. At 12: 30pm I asked if my vehicle had been serviced yet and they looked me up in their system and said that I was never checked in by an employee even though my vehicle was parked out back with a tag on the rear view mirror they put on it. I told them I had to be to work at 2pm so I couldn’t wait any longer. The response I received was sorry, your keys are still in the vehicle. I will not be a returning customer.

2 reps didn't even bother to read my email; they went straight to trying to sell me a car. It's a waste of your time, and they don't care about the community or giving back. They only want your money. The most insulting part was that this happened with 2 reps; shows how much they pay attention. Don't waste your time

Came in Friday in desperate need of purchasing a vehicle. I was very determined to buy. I had it narrowed down to 2 automobiles. I had plans of doing a test drive, making an offer, and going to the bank to have a check issued. It would've been an easy sale for you. Unfortunately, your salesman put me through a lot of pomp & circumstance about financing and what I should purchase. After listening to his spiel in it's entirety & waiting on him to get some sort of approval from his manager (which I didn't understand,) he then said he had a vehicle for me to look at which I was open to. He brought the vehicle around & I was disappointed. I was bummed out about the entire experience. I was so adamant to purchase from Shottenkirk but after feeling like I wasn't being heard & I was being treated like some teenage kid that was purchasing her first car, I decided to leave. I would like to add that maybe Shottenkirk would do more business if they didn't assume that everyone needs or wants their financing. Many customers have that figured out. You may sell more vehicles if you put the focus on being helpful & getting the customer the vehicle they want. This could've been a win win situation if only you would've listened. I would've loved to have viewed the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I would've waited for them to arrive at your location, but I wasn't willing to waist time on someone stalling who wouldn't get down to business. I know what I want! The 2 stars are for the 2 lovely ladies at the front desk who were kind to me!

Our first and last experience on buying a vehicle from Shottenkirk in Waukee. Jacob our salesman was the best. However, everything after that was not a good experience. Took the vehicle for a test drive with barely any gas! Therefore, was unable to get it up to highway speeds. They force you to purchase their Vehicle Protection Plan that’s good for 6 months at the cost of almost $2,000. When we told them we didn’t want the VPP plan because we were going to do an extended warranty. No negotiation on removing the VPP of $2,000. After taking delivery, got to highway speeds and felt a bad vibration in the steering wheel. When braking, the brakes squealed like little pigs! Have had the vehicle in 3 times now! Vibration still there and they just put a band-aid on the brake issue by turning the roaters and trimming the brake pads and lubricanting them. Definitely will NOT be doing business with them ever again!

Colby does a great job. Very courteous and tries very hard to ensure that a customer is satisfied. The entire team does a great job. It's why I keep going back.

I know longer feel they are great people to work with or even buy a vehicle from due to this being my 2nd one now and it's had two major issues and this last one they refused to address it and I had to use another Chevy dealership for the repair.
