Car wash is okay. Most of the time though there are many spots not washed well. If you use the wipe down area with their towels you can get the rest of the grime off.

They did a okay job I had to go through twice to get all the snow off my car but you know with the membership you can go through as many times as you want so that's great and it gets all the snow off the car so I think they did a good job

Wash didn't clean my vehicle and noticed a couple brushes not working when I went through the wash

Ok but attendants need to spray wash under the fender wells. Sioux city Iowa washed my truck last time and didn't even get the back rinsed tailgate still soapy

Refused to wash my vehicle after it had been sprayed down with prewash. Because I have a hitch mount bicycle rack. Manager had 2 vehicles behind me backup so I could back out. I had to ask if they would at least clean the prewash off. They at least rinsed it off, now my vehicle looks worse than when I arrived. I have been allowed to go through with this bicycle rack several times without any issues since they had opened the Sioux City Hamilton location. If you are asking someone to leave after you soap up there vehicle at least offer to rinse it off. Don't make the customer ask. I have now canceled my subscription.

It depends on which one you go to cuz especially when they're pushing cars through you know if you just come off the interstate on a long trip you got bugs all over your window and front of your vehicle and everything and you would like them to take care of it they don't they just it depends like I said which one you go to I've always had very good success with the one in Singing Hills and the one out by the mall Southern Hills Mall those young people that like a vehicle down and get it ready to go through the wash do a nice job.
All the people at the windows that have ever had any counter with have been very pleasant kind and considerate and patient with a smile

The very first time I went thru this one it did rinse the soap off. After that, never again. I report it every single time, and every single time they shrug their shoulders and that’s literally it.

I’ve had a membership for a month now, noticed random scratches at first thought it wasn’t them.i knew it was them when it was scratches going up and down on my trunk top.price is low for a reason.i now how a bunch of mini scratches on my 2013 bmw.it also doesn’t clean the back of the car.need your license plate.

I bought the most expensive wash, got into the spray bay. The guy literally ran around my truck, barely sprayed it. He didn’t fold my mirrors in either. Then I went back to the shack and told them my running boards were dirty, and there was a bunch of grime and bug splatter all over my truck still after I got the most expensive wash. They let me go back through the wash. He did the same thing and slammed his brush into my windshield and back window. Also, glared at me the whole time he was running around my truck. I’ll never go back again and do not recommend anyone go to the location.

Bought a pass to pay monthly.
Drove through twice today. The 2nd time, I asked the man to get the bugs off the front. My husband finally got upset enough to spit on the windows and use one of the convenient towels they have to get the bugs off by hand.

Car wash was ok. But I have been trying to cancel for over a month now. Seriously why can't you guys stop charging my card already been 3 months now

Scratched my jeep and we not at all professional about it so I canceled my 4 top tier memberships

Horrible. 1st time through, mud still in the wheel wells. Went back through and wheel wells still muddy.
Would have gone through again but time did not permit. How dare people expect a clean car after going to Silverstar! Sure, you can go back through but make certain you have enough gas to make multiple trips through.

They have got to figure out how to speed up the process I cannot sit for twenty minutes burning gas and then pay $20 frickin Dollars for a wash!

My SUV was dirty and I wanted to get a quick and cheap clean. I went to this place and paid $10 (the cheapest option) and I was very disappointed. My SUV looked the exact same as it did before. All that was used was the power hoses from two workers at the start, some soap, and sprinklers. I knew that the cheapest option wouldn’t have the all the wax and shiny cleaners, but seriously. At the very least, I was expecting some brushes to get the dirt and salt off. The best way to summarize my experience is that I was sprayed little at the start, and then rolled through the wash almost like I was missed. I don’t know why anyone would buy this unless they were new like me. Very dissatisfied!

Just joined there monthly club nice to just drop in wash and go. Especially with all of the salt on the roads now

Some of the brushes don't even touch my car. On the drivers side the brush don't even run. So the whole left side of car don't get washed. Went through yesterday, got to the store right after.soap all over the back of the car.

The wash is acceptable, but the fellas giving directions and "scrubbing bugs" need some training. I have no problem tipping the ones that do decent with the scrub brush and spraying out wheel wells, but I can say those times are counted on one hand. More often than not unfortunately I think my teenager could do the same quality with a garden hose. I've tried multiple washes in Sioux Falls and Sioux City, and have similar experiences at both. If I had time, I would go thru twice more often, as it does seem to help. However the lack of time does not justify unacceptable quality. I'll continue to try out new locations and hope they are able to get some good help.

This is a 1st Rate Car Wash.
Price is competitive and reasonable.
Give it a try, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
