Got an advertisement from them that was heavily manipulative - indicated certain prizes or deals but in the fine print said none of that matters if the special code at the top isn't one of the winners. Despite that I was willing to look at potentially getting a vehicle. When I asked about the asking price of their cars, they wouldn't give me one (much like their website, which says "Call Store" for every single car on the site instead of giving a listing price). They only stated that the lowest payments they could work with were $300/mo or more - which isn't even up to them if I go through 3rd party financing.

Shadiest experience I've ever had. Will not return.

Would definitely recommend coming here to get a vehicle. Frances was so amazing and got my friend into a 2019 vehicle and we didn’t think it possible but with her and her teams help they made it possible.

If you’re going to give the options of free prizes, you shouldn’t be shocked when people are there for one. I was given attitude when I said I was not there for a car, but the money I could’ve won. My favorite part was when I told them my husband was from Jamaica and I was met with “oh… do your parents like him? ” Not cute, disgusting.

I bought a 2019 Ford Edge. I had a great experience with them. Abby was a very professional. She was able to answer my questions about the Edge. She made me feel at home when I pulled in to the lot. They will have all my future business. Thank you very much. Also the rest of the employees were very respectful and pleasant.

This dealer sold me a car on a Friday afternoon, with their “forever warranty”. The check engine light went on the following Sunday. I had to physically go in because all calls basically get sent to voicemail, where they say they will get back to you in 24 hours. By the time I was able to get it scheduled to get it looked at the three day return window had expired (yes it includes weekend days). Turns out it needs a new motor, the forever warranty does not kick in for thirty days. You can only bring it to Sky Mall Auto, where they have no SAE Certified mechanics, they will sit your car in their lot and do nothing, never contact you about it’s status, and avoid any calls. Sent to voicemail where they may respond in 24 hours, or not. Buyer beware. Now I own a very clean 2018 boat anchor with a $524 payment that cannot get me to work. Buyer Beware. Avoid this Dealer.

Crazy place. One person working the service and parts dept. The salesman spent more time using the bathroom than anything as I sat there in the waiting area for my oil change watching the same reps going into the restroom every 15 minutes. One sales rep came up to the area I was sitting at and decides to turn the TV on. I was doing just fine with peace and quiet. They had some sort of scam with numbers to a board that only ever gave $5.00 to a customer. I watched many people only get$5.00.then they told the person that they could donate to the food pantry. Total Scam. I don't think I will go back to this disorganized place. Not worth the energy. Either your in the service business or not

I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion to Sky Auto Mall in March for a power steering wiring harness repair. While I was initially pleased with their prompt scheduling for an inspection, my experience quickly soured. Despite being told the repair would be completed by the end of the day, it took them an entire week to finish the job. This was frustrating, as I was continually given the excuse that they were short-staffed and would get to it the next day.

During the inspection, the service department found issues with the front and rear axle seals, as well as the differential seal. I agreed to have these additional repairs done. However, while reassembling the car, the technicians failed to properly tighten and secure all of the undercarriage shields. This oversight led to the shields detaching from the car while I was driving on the highway, causing significant damage to the mounting brackets and components.

I brought this issue to the attention of Sky Auto Mall's general manager, Cody Burns, but was met with a dismissive attitude. He claimed that since the repair was done over 30 days ago (it had been exactly 30 days on the day it happened but the service department was closed over the weekend), it couldn't be related to their work. I explained that I don't drive the car often and that one of the bolts had come loose while the other was only hand tight, but he simply responded, "That's not my problem" and pointed me to the door. Furthermore, the dealership refused to even inspect the car to determine what had happened.

In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sky Auto Mall. Not only did they take much longer than promised to complete the repairs, but their negligence resulted in further damage to my vehicle. To top it all off, their general manager displayed a complete lack of empathy and concern for my situation. I would not recommend this dealership for any automotive repairs or services.

I personally wouldn't do business with a dealership that hides the price of the car. All the widows had monthly payments only. All the sales manager and salesman kept says is what my monthly payment will be. How do they know? My monthly payment is to be decided between myself and my bank. That dealership wants their hands in your pockets. Basically they are seeing what they can get out of you instead of being upfront with the price of the vehicle. I don't recommend.

DO NOT WORK HERE OR BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE! HAVE NOT PAID EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY LEAVE. AND HAVE TERRIBLE AND DISHONEST SERVICE. HAVE ANOTHER MECHANIC CHECK THE VEHICLE BEFORE BUYING IT ALSO. STAY AWAY!

Abigail was the best saleswoman EVER! She was very kind and was not pushy at all. I took 6 business cards to give away. You need to use her when buying your next vehicle. Not to mention the pricing for vehicles is amazing. Highly recommend!

Over 2 hrs to fix a flat tire and the first thing I saw when I got back in my truck was a low tire pressure warning. They didn't even fill the tire all the way. Stay away from this place.

I had a tremendous overall experience at AutoSkyMall in Center Point, Ia! From the start to finish, easy and very pleasant staff. Filling out the finance form online, was soon approved, they even picked me up for a test drive. They made sure i got the right jeep for me and left me smiling out the door. They even drove me home in my Jeep because after over 40 years of not driving a manual, i was not gonna be confident. Shout out to Cody, Sir Mr Jarvis, Zeke, and Abby and especially to Shannon who made my day. Outstanding, wonderful conversations, i made friends and they treated me like family. It is worth the time online or a drive to Center Point to see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
Thanks to all the employees and staff i did not mention. What a great team they are. Simply Stellar!

They use phony tactics to get people in to their dealership to sell you cars. I would not recommend ever buying a car here.

We just purchased a vehicle, our sales person was Abby and she was awesome Very friendly and worked with us to get an acceptable price for our trade in.

True definition if "stealership" This dealership will swindle you and leave you high and dry. Hands down the worst buying experience I've ever had. Sold me a pre-certified vehicle that was delivered with issues, I was un able to inspect the vehicle or have any problems resolved an was told that despite the 5 day like it or return it policy that I had clearly sabatoged my own vehicle making it ineligible. I was stranded over the Christmas weekend with no vehicle or means of resolution. The general manager will give you his word and then backslide as soon as your return window has closed. I have now pursued legal counsel against the dealership and I doubt I will be the last if this is how they treat people. Lesson learned, don't give this place the time of day. Skymall is best left if the back of your airplane seat.

The staff is amazing, if you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend seeking out Abby. She is awesome and ready to answer any questions you have, if she doesn't have an answer, she will get one. All around great experience, got a heck of a deal on my trade in! All around 10/10. Highly recommend

OUT OF STATE BUYER! Save yourself frustration, I bought a Jeep Wrangler and it was delivered in FL without a tag and gas not full. Reached out to my sales rep Cody Burns and was sent a transit tag which was valid only for 14 days and which expired on Nov 26th since then the Wrangler is just parked and rep saying “Everything has been sent in but the state of Florida is behind so we have to wait on them” this is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had in my car buying history.

We bought our first Ram Promaster here in 2021. We just ordered a 2023 Ram Promaster from them. Great service from a smaller dealership that treats you like you matter.

Scammed. I was sent a letter clearly stating that I won $1,500 as part of the black friday promotion. When I came they said I actually just qualify for a $25 gift card. Absolutely disgusting buisness practice that frankly seems illegal.
