I really wanted to do some self care. I don’t get it very often with having kids. I scheduled an appointment. There was no one in the shop except for one employee. The owner had to run and do something. I waited 15 minutes but the owner still wasn’t there. I left without getting my nails done. Very disappointed.

We were incredibly happy with the service that Kim and Jimmy provided for us. They were extremely friendly and great company to have while getting treated!

Sky Nails is a friendly place with great service. Nina does an excellent job on everything she does. She cares about her clients and so does the rest of the staff. It’s almost like going home!

I called for a late night impromptu pedicure. All the staff were kind and genuinely happy despite being a later walk-in. Kim did my pedicure and she was amazing. We had a great conversation and I couldn't be happier with my toes. Hands down best in the business. I will be back solely based off her amazing services.

I just got done with a wonderful pedicure there. Kim was my tech and she was so nice, and I think it might have been the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is beautiful and calming, and all of the staff is so nice!

"The Girls'of '64" (graduated from North High School in West Union, IA) had a "girl retreat" in West Des Moines last week. There were 7 of us.
We all had pedicures and two, also, had manicures. It was so much fun. We loved the clean, cheerful place and the workers were so wonderful.
I highly recommend spending some time at this special place.all

Shayla always does a wonderful job on my pedicure and manicures. Some of the other staff isn’t as great and tend to rush but they’re always kind. Prices are fair, but I do wish they had their manicure services on their website. All in all, I would recommend this salon!

Loved the ladies at the nail salon they were super kind, made our nails look amazing, and helped get my daughter, mother and I manicures, pedicures 2 hours prior to closing time! Great prices will definitely come back again!

Want the best pedicure of your life? ! Ask for Yen. Prices are reasonable and you get paraffin and hot stone massage as part of the (medium level) package! Love Yen’s work, I won’t go anywhere else for a pedicure. Nina does amazing and beautiful acrylic nails! I’m a happy and repeating customer:)

The people are so nice but they just don’t do a good job, i didn’t get what i asked for and it started to come of in the shower that has never happened to me before
