The man who owns this business is one of the Very Best. Danny Adam's and his wife put their hearts into every little detail. After a lifetime of hard work, they bought this as an investment into their retirement together and have not stopped investing all their energy into it!

In the middle of the recent Pandemic, I was a telephone caller wanting a late check-in. Dannyvwaited you for me and even though the sign in the door said "CLOSED", welcomed me and showed me to my room. And if a CLEAN room is important to you, especially if you have a family in these times, look no further! It's close to the Iowa Great Lakes, the Spencer Fair, and is settled in a beautiful river valley home to done if the cheapest gas prices in Iowa. And if you're really lucky, Danny might tell you some of his great stories about his adventures working all over this great country. Staying here will only add to the terrific memories you'll make while visiting NW Iowa.

Enjoy!

This is a well priced motel that was located close to the work site I was at. The owner Larry Prell is a really nice guy that I've lost hours with just having conversations and will remind you of a family member, because that's how he will treat you (like family).
The rooms are cleaned daily, bed was comfortable, zero issues, and plenty of places for food near by. I'd definitely stay again and most likely will be back before long.
I've paid more for places near stores that close at 6pm or I've had to travel miles for a decent grocery store. There's a Hy-Vee around the corner, a fareway opposite direction, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
