Slumberland Furniture, Ankeny IA

What can I say about Slumberland in Ankeny? Have done business with them since moving to the Des Moines area 10 years ago. Have always walked away a very satisfied customer. Today was no different. Their sales rep, Carol, was everything I want in a salesperson - professional, friendly, attentive (but gave me the time alone to check out their recliner floor models without hovering over me), and then after listening to my list of requsts/needs, she pointed out one that met all my requests/needs and then some! Well done Carol!

Tara was very helpful helping me find a couple of recliners that would fit thru the door of our coach. Great customer service and a reasonable price!

We had a great time at Slumberland today. We went in not planning on purchasing but after having enough time to think about it and having Eric address the questions that we had, we ended up purchasing and got a great deal.

Why even have a store if you can't pick something up same day? I get the appeal of seeing things in person but it's pointless if you can't take a product home when you see it. Had better luck at Homemakers

Lots of variety in mattresses and bedding. Kristen was very helpful in explaining different options for mattresses.

Our sales associate Carol Willer was awesome. She took her time and let me try several beds until I found the one that was perfect for me even though I had to try them more than one time She took a lot of time with me and explained the differences of each one which was helpful!

Very good pricing. Our sales lady was very efficient & polite. We found 2 recliners in their store 10 minutes after entering. We have been looking for several months now. Best prices we have found anywhere around the Ankeny/Des Moines area. Really nice Store.

While I don't know much about timelines or delivery schedules, I can tell you about a phenomenal sales person. I worked with Eric and you'll want to as well!

We popped into the store a couple days ago and he welcomed us with a smile. He gave us time to look around before beginning any type of sales speech. When he started talking with us, he did not pressure us to make a purchase! Instead he was upbeat, personable, and answered all our questions!

We went back home to think it over and came back to make the purchase. Throughout the process I was so appreciative of Eric's passion to support a positive customer experience. I'll be sure to return for our next furniture purchase because of Eric!
