Steven from Smith's was delayed and missed his arrival time but went above and beyond in service to make things right. Very professional group highly recommended.

Just had Nick of Smith's Sewer Service, complete some work for me. He was Congenial, Knowledgeable and Thorough and I was so TOTALLY SATISFIED with his work, that I requested he be added to my account, as my Service Rep, going forward. Thank you Smith's Sewer Svc, he's the BEST!

Jeremy went above and beyond with the service today. Called ahead, showed up figure out the problem and went to work. He recommended to add a clean out to my kitchen drain as it was setup goofy prior and this will make it alot easier in the future when another plug happens. Thanks again Jeremy.

Bar sink downstairs was backing up. Couldn’t reach Smith Sewer at first because something was wrong with their phone line. Called a different company. Half a day and $400 later they could not fix the problem. They wanted us to remove a section of the cabinet to access the pipe, which would have been more expense and a hassle. Called Smith Sewer the next day. Doug came out and fixed the problem in two hours and for half the price. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. No cabinet removal necessary. Highly recommend!

Smith’s were able to respond to my request for a line blockage in a very quick manner. Very impressed! Everybody else were booked up for 2 to 3 days with no exceptions.

I had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink. Jeremy and Dan came to work with the situation. They were extremely professional. Jeremy explained in detail every action they were about to do for my understanding. It was a tricky job but they never gave up. They continued to work hard for hours, cleaned up, and made sure before they left that all of my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this team for your service. Excellent work ethic!

Smith's was very responsive when I called (not an answering service!) and was able to get out to my house the next day to clean out a blocked drain line from our kitchen. The service man was very polite, cleaned up after the job, and the price was VERY Fair. I would call Smith's in the future.

I was referred to this company by a plumbing company and Bob came out to help us with our sump pit questions. I have to say I would recommend this company just based on the professionalism and knowledge of “Bob. ” He spent so much time answering our questions and not really accepting just not knowing answers to some of the drainage questions. He went outside with us to check to see exactly where and to find definite answers. Felt really respected and not rushed. Bob really won us over and even answered some phone questions after the initial appointment. Just based on this interaction I would recommend this company.

Billy from Smiths sewer service was absolutely wonderful! I had him out for an emergency/Saturday service and he was very proficient and communicative. My sewer had backed up and Billy smartly used my outdoor clean out rather then pull up a toilet to snake. He also answered and showed (when possible) my various questions. Thanks Billy!

Today Jeremy Ferguson met me at a Knoxville house that we had just sold. Jeremy did a Video pipe line inspection for our client. He was very professional, knowledgeable and overall did a great job. I appreciated Jeremy's people skills; he was straight forward and and answered all my questions.

Over two weeks we had two no-show-no-calls on scheduled service times. Plus one mix up on their end for an appointment time someone allegedly did show up for. Add on rude customer service when they were talking with my wife about the appointment they messed up on for good measure. Not a great time.

It was 10: 30 pm when I noticed my sink was filling up with sewage at my apartment. Went through my property management to get emergency maintenance, who called Smith's Sewer. They came out as soon as possible, and took care of an "uncommon" plumbing setup that was causing the issue. They worked well together, despite not working for the same company. Got everything unclogged and good to go, despite the late hour. Very friendly, highly recommended.

Jeremy did a great job scoping and educating my first time buyer today. Highly recommend him and the camera service to verify the sewer condition for my buyers! And he cheerfully did it on a Saturday!
