I went with my family and the service was fast, even though you had trouble taking my order Matthew came out to take the personal order, he was very kind and helpful

They have good food but I was the first car in line at the drive thru and waited 20 mins before anyone ever said anything on the speaker and there was no apology or anything for the long wait.

Cashier decided to have a 10 minute conversation with her family about firewood while we were waiting to order. Took 30 minutes to get our food.

Food was okay tater tots were lukewarm CarHop was amazing downfall gentlemen taking irders very blunt and not friendly

Server was quick to correct couple simple mistakes. She was very polite. I drove an extra 20 minutes to come to this Sonic and I actually got food.

I love coming here but lately they have been very slow with orders. I sat there for an hour before getting my food. And they haven’t had a good attitude. I also have been getting my orders messed up.

Place is a joke. Waited over 20 minutes. After the first 10 order box shut down when to another 1 and about 10 minutes again it shut down. Others that showed up after me was able to get their orders taken and their food and still nothing.

Was a great place and service but went there and pushed the button it flash will be with shortly. Waiting 10 min pushed again then after another 10 min left was not happy would advise anyone don't go there unless you want to sit and wait and watch everybody get their orders i don't know who manages it but does not have any idea whats going on and that' the third place in ankeny i will not go to, must be a pattern here places going down hill.

So much better than the one on Merle Hay. Service was great, everything was right, stalls worked, employees smiled and were helpful.

They dont answer the drive thru speaker, and it makes you think its broken. By the time i got up to the window they told me to go all the way around again to order

We stopped for drinks. The variety is fantastic, and the service was ok. This place loses stars for the parking lot, and the drive-thru line that prevents you from getting around the building - and it’s one-way, so your choice is be blocked for several minutes or go the wrong way and hope no one is coming at you. Not the fault of the people working, but it’s an issue nonetheless.

Waiting 25 minutes and they still never took our order. They started taking other people's orders that were here after us. Definitely don't recommend wasting your time going to this sonic.

I've spent nearly an hour here trying to get food. I've watched multiple cars leave as well without even ordering. The staff is usually rude but the girl at the window was pleasant this time around. Hopefully you can keep improving.

They didn’t even answer their drive up calls. Really lame. Tried calling and didn’t answer there also.

Waited 30+ minutes in a stall and another 10+ in the drive thru, and we left without ordering, as well as several other customers. Avoid this franchise if you want to eat

Kids like sonic but not happy when your waiting for them to answer the call button and they take the cars next to you who just got there. I had waited 25 min. Now I think it will be another 25 just to get my drink. Very frustrating
