South Central Iowa Landfill, Winterset IA

Woman there is terrible. Takes 10 full loads of trash from Dallas County over the last 2 months (says it on my license plate). Then decides to tell me it's "illegal" for her to take trash from other counties on my 11th run. We've never been asked "where is the trash from" before.

Well you'll have more paperwork cause I'm just gonna report how much trash you've already taken from another county LOL.

If you're going just tell them you're from winterset apparently.

By far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Unprofessional and rude from the minute we got there. Amazing how people like her still have a job.

Broom Hilda needs better customer service skills. The worst human being ever dealing with public.

I showed up at 3: 05 and clerk was rude and told me to hurry because they close at 3: 30. If there was any place relatively close I would use them, but what do you do.

The lady at the front is very rude. Other than that, they take garbage.

Extremely unprofessional. I've taken many things here in the past and recently the owner was completely unprofessional to my wife. He called her a liar and when I called he continued to argue and raise his voice at me. He kept yelling and I eventually hung up the phone as he wouldn't let me speak. I won't go into details about the situation because law enforcement will be notified.
