6I travel for my business and work around the Adel area often. I never had a problem until today. The scale lady Jill refused to let me dump there. Her behavior was beyond unprofessional. Management needs to address Jill’s terrible customer service immediately.
Don’t waste your time going here. They will probably not let you dump. I don’t understand if the stuff you have is from Dallas county why you have to drive all the way to winterset, Mitchellville or Menlo instead. Shouldn’t be called South Dallas county landfill. It should be called “literally only Adel landfill”
I will never go there again the lady I believe het name is Jill she's rude not polite at all I'm sure she over charges I will not recommend people to go there. If I could put -10 I would
I was lied to and cheated on a recent load taken. To the landfill and was advised I can NOT dispute charge s or more will be added.
By far the worst experience. My Job was located in Adel-Dallas county and they refused to let our truck dump there with a couch and 4 items on it. Instead I now have to add a 1.5 hour drive to the Metro Dump where I’ve had impeccable service when compared to this mediocre dump. I was harassed and called an A**hole by management for showing them an address that clearly shows Adel (5 min drive away from the dump) I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they just want to dump it outside their front gates to block people from having such a horrendous experience.
Was not the easiest to find, but convenient and price reasonable. Way better than paying a few hundred dollars for a rolloff.
