Several resident have bed bugs, and nothing being done! How would you like to go home and sleep with them? Coldest day's of the year and went without heat during Christmas!

Horrible service, residents no heat for over the holidays. Called maintenance line numerous times, NO answer. Bedbug infestation from other units that hs spread, talked to the office, zero immediate response. No one should put their loved ones in this loaction!

Very disappointed in the lack of communication and response from management the place is infested with bedbugs and nothing has been done week of Christmas residence went without heat for 4 to 5 days before it got fixed toilets in the lower lobby were filthy and no toilet paper available have made several calls and yet to have one of them returned was told on several occasions to contact the emergency number but have yet to see where it is located clearly within the building this is the senior apartment complex and all issues should be dealt with promptly to assure that each of the residence are in a safe Environment. At this point the residential is unsafe and unhealthy and nothing is being done about it

Poor unprofessional manager which is only part-time

Not bad consume and the asada tacos.not bad, I really enjoyed the sauce.

I have lived here almost 4 years rent is 30% of income and security locked doors
