You lied to my roommate saying he couldn't switch services to this address. So we asked our neighbors in the same complex who they use and they all use sparklight. He called back and was told you had to check availability. Then we called inquiring about new service and were told you do have service here! You basically wanted to charge him for installation again!

Attempted to switch my service address to my new home, was told they have no service here, when my next door neighbor has service from them.

Hate the Company, but I had such great service from a tech named Brad it negates all the problems. It's ok in America to hate the president but love the troops.

Technician Dave Meredith explained what needed to be done to correct our issues and had it fixed within an hour's time. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I work/manage Big Iron Gym, and the internet ALWAYS DROPS.
Pretty frustrating when our members can’t access the app because the internet always drops in our building.

I'll be nice and give 1 star for the customer service agents being polite and constantly saying how sorry they are that the last customer support agent messed up. 3 weeks we have had nothing but trouble. "Someone will be there between 8am and 7pm" I guess I won't go to work today. No one showed up. When I called they said "Oh the person who helped you yesterday did the work order wrong and now I did it right so someone will be over tonight. Its 6: 30pm. I'm not hopeful for someone showing up. Absolutely livid at this entire situation. Apparently "Everyone who lives around here knows Sparklight sucks" It was news to me.

Easy to make an appointment for the start of service. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. A great experience!

Great services, a few minor errors on information (like creating my account) but great satisfaction with my connection and backup team as far of a single call to solve and troubleshooting anything for me to have best service on internet connection!

Iv lost a lot of money switching to these guys. They should be banned from doing commercial lines. I only have 2 lines and been down for two weeks. I don’t care if they offer there services for free you will not come out ahead. Save your livelihood and do not be tempted to even give them a shot.

2 stars because they did have responsive corporate customer service but it did not translate over to getting things done locally. After 20+ calls with tech support over the last 6 months, and 7 visits by technicians, I continue to have issues and feel like we are circling. Metronet services my area in November and I look forward to it.

Called over and over for a technician to come out and service my internet and hasn’t came yet! Need to be on call 24/7.

The best thing I can say about them is that they're consistent. From their phone calls, to chat, and even their internet. Never said good, just consistent.

We’ve had Sparklight for 4years going on 5. At first it was great the price was $40 for 6 months then went up to $60. Not to bad, it’s affordable. Fast forward to the start of last year 2022. The prices went up and have kept going up. Now our bill is $104 and the letter we got with the bill said it will increase by $5 per month cuz of this new Ultimate 400 and the letter didn’t tell us when the bill increase will stop. On top of that they just released a new commercial saying new costumers will get service plans at $39.99 a month and under it in small print it say “Regular prices: $65 per month” if that’s true then why is our bill $104 this month and is going to increase $5 a month for who knows how long. It’s becoming unaffordable for people who have been loyal to them.

I will say that there services are the best In Sioux City however that doesn’t mean much if it’s not affordable. I fear we may have no choice but to cancel all because of price.

Tried to get Sparklight internet service setup for our business. Supposably a site survey was done and ok'd, an installer came out on a Friday, didn't know what was going on, showed up late, couldn't find the cable, left and said they would get back to us on Monday. No one ever got back to us, not even the salesperson. Now our whole staff is having to try to use their personal phones to hotspot, or use a cell service router that keeps cutting out to try to use the internet. Since our business relies almost 100% on having an internet connection, this isn't a good option. Shame on you Sparklight for not doing your job!

Was emailed on april 25th of some service issues to to maintenance. Ever since then, sparklight in the sioux city area is unusable (80-100 ping) when comes to gaming (all games) as if they moved server locations.

Every since they went from traditional cable to this streaming the service interruptions is a complete joke! It is obvious they have no clue of what they are doing. For what we pay, there should not be any issues with service

At the time of writing this we have only just got it installed. However the 2 that came and installed were very polite and friendly. Hopefully I dont have any issues.

Had this internet for 3 years. It sucks. Constantly resetting it. 100x a day it feels like. Do not recommend.
